Hi K !!!! You are doing so well !!! So happy you had a "seizure disorder/TBI" lecture. I have been an RDH since 1973 and a TBI survivor since 2004. I did not return to the dental world since my injury, but I miss my patients and still use my dental knowledge !!! I love your excitement !!

Depends on what program you go to. Mine is 2 years not including prereq's

When do you have your first patients?? I am in second semester as well and have seen two people so far. It’s nicer having a little bit more autonomy this semester. It doesn’t feel like as much micromanaging which is a relief! We have also had a lot of snow days which helps ease into the semester haha!

I’m so happy for you!!! I will hopefully start hygiene school in the fall!! The school I will be going to has a 50% drop out rate by the second semester, so I was wondering has anyone in your program dropped out yet?
No one in my class has dropped out and the seniors are all still there in their last semester :)

How old you? I just recently caught you on your DH journey. I am applying and will hear by March 1st. I'm very nervous but can't wait start the journey. I relate with you on how you had to change your mindset on a "B" grade, but that's cuz of your school. Where do you go to school? I hope the best for you.
