Thanks for bringing Jim on to talk about the oiling system! It's always enjoyable hearing the experts talk about stuff they have made and how it works.
Thank you guys for always having educational and entertaining content. I know it’s been hard this year, so the fact that I get a new video every single day is something that I don’t take for granted. Keep kicking ass guys.
I love how on the C10 and the Blazer Zac didn't do crazy paint jobs or anything, left them with that classic used truck look. So much love for this build, can't wait to hear it chop.
I'm a ford guy and what u as more of a chevy is doing make my smile I will sub . I fell u r giving both ford an chevy guys something 2 watch an will injoy keep up the good vids
Hell yeah Zac! Keep the content coming, hopefully this truck is more of a keeper than your previous ones (thank god no more boom tubes lol). Hope you get a chance at more motorcycle content too!
Love this build from Zac..... And I dig that oiling kit, very well thought out and made. Can't wait to see this ripping on the channel..... I'm locked in for this one!
Wish this was longer, but that's just because I'm deeply invested in this build, as the previous "Ford Kid" who recently got a GMT420 daily project lol
I put a 426 Hemi stroked and poked out to 573 CID and placed it in a Dodge Omni and use it as a street and strip car. I've had it for over 20 years. So, this is no big deal putting the 7.3 in a tahoe.
The 88/98 trucks had some beefy parts for the front end. Have seen several 1/2 ton trucks built with the 3/4 ton(2500) front end parts. There was a version of the 90-94 trucks that were still 6 lug, but with bigger rotors(3/4 ton size) bigger ball joints, beefy control arms, bigger CV axles, but all bolt right on to the 1/2 ton truck. But FYI S10/ jimmy/bravada AWD setups have been known to take a ridiculous amount of abuse and that stuff is waaayyyy smaller than anything stock on a Tahoe.
I’m a die hard ford guy but damn did they make what could have been a simple large cubic inch truck motor and complicate the shit out of it. And those Indy products are beautiful but they’re not cheap. Anyway cool project I’ll be following for sure
Curious as to why they didn't design and engineer a new sprocket to replace the VCT unit entirely...in a build that expensive I would personally prefer to eliminate the entire unit and free up the restriction of the oil flowing through it
if you just ls swapped it, all youd need a 10296 oil pump and you'd be set. but of course ford has to complicate everything, needing a $2000 kit to change oil pumps and pans.
When Zac brings experts or people to help him install stuff, they are always my favorite episodes
100% agree
It is probably because he dials back the crazy a bit, and asks really good questions about what they are doing and why, letting the expert shine.
Always has good builds. Also biased to Chevy trucks
Anything Zac works on is golden!!! Love this project!!
We know it’s gonna chop for sure

Man Cleete needs to put one of them oil systems on McFlurry so they can rev it to the moon
Yea would give the longevity of bearings needed to crank up the boost
that's what i was thinking watching this.

Zac with a Ford motor who would’ve saw that coming! But he DEFINITELY went BIG!! Gonna be SO SICK!!!

WOW at the ice blast guys work! That's amazing, and no clean up
BAAAAAHAAAAA UPDATE!!! Come on Zac, give the fans what they want.
Nice engine. Can't wait to see and hear it run.
Wish this was longer, but that's just because I'm deeply invested in this build, as the previous "Ford Kid" who recently got a GMT420 daily project lol
You all need to take notes when Zack builds a vehicle he got the passion and the knowledge it's a privilege to watch him build something 💪💪💪
Safe to say the fans want more of these technical building episodes
Love seeing dry ice blasting hit the automotive industry. Had the opportunity to use a few different manual machines as well as some automated ones.
Zac is a animal about American V8s and kinda crazy. My brother from another mother. 🤪. Love the build. Can't wait to hear her chop
IceBlast did a wonderful job on Tavarish's flood damaged McLaren P1.
Pretty cool (pun intended) cleaning method.
I'm so glad you folks are back to doing what we love to watch. This is fucking awesome. Thanks for the free content!
What a cool episode and Jim is a very smart man wish he was my neighbor.
That looks sweet! Cleetus needs that kit on McFlurry. But I think they wend dry sump?
Zac is a good salesman. It's not just the power... It's about the appeal too!
Great episode! I can't wait to hear that Godzilla.
I think Zac's Truck is going to Fly. This thing is so sick!
Zac’s engine choices are always crazy, be nice to see one go into something that handles though.
Zac you gotta take the Tahoe with you next time your at the freedom factory and race McFlurry
“Alright ,Good deal, let’s Party” Rock on good shyt
Zac is project king!
Zac has the coolest cars
An CobraZilla that would be dope hats to all who build one
Des Moines getting their name out there love to see it
Thank you Jim!
I'm so ready to see THIS THING SHRED! OH MY GAWDDAYUHM!
This is pretty amazing, definitely got me into following the build! 🤘🏼
Can't wait to hear it run and see it drive.
You’re literally building my dream obs
That's some sweet upgrade nice 😜😜
Ice blasting doesn't remove paint... proceeds to remove paint haha still dope!

It's a Monster Motor Morning with Mister Zac!

Toss in the K Series kryptonite Center link/Tie rods. 4x4 launches all day with lifetime coverage, hard to beat that.
He must have been a sheetrocker rolling up that extention cord like that. This build is going to be insane
FYI u can rent those dry ice machines very handy
Zac if u had a ac condensor bolted to your new engine I'd be a bit worried 🤣 🤣
Uhhhhh was that the Merkur all cleaned up????? More importantly Zach is literally the spirit animal of freedom.
I like the guys all making big dog cars.
We'll zac cause he's a loc.
👂 I can hear the those future Chops coming!
A Ford engine in a OBS GM body….
…. You are a extremely brave and extremely cheeky to do this.
HELL YEA BROTHER< BUCK DEM CHEVY BOYS
Epic stuff, love this kind of learning videos!
I like professional Zac… but I miss the mustache 😢 😂😂
I’m a die hard ford guy but damn did they make what could have been a simple large cubic inch truck motor and complicate the shit out of it. And those Indy products are beautiful but they’re not cheap.
Anyway cool project I’ll be following for sure
That guy is an absolute legend, like having NASA work on your engine.
Adding Variable vein for my vocabulary dude fuck yeah
Bruhh insert all those companies names that have put the work in! Please and thank you! You are a figure in the industry.
So the truck guy got another truck and he gonna put a truck engine in it. Im shaking with excitement 😂
sweet build
Awesome Zac 🔥🤘🏽
Dry Ice cleaning service probably costs more than that entire Tahoe is worth :D
I'm sure it's been asked, but Zac, are you going to gymkanah the yukon?
Wouls like my dad Toyota Landcruiser pickup 1989 to be built by Zac (Hoonigan) living in Haiti i think it's a dream that will never come true 😢
@1:28 hows that bike in the background
zack could be the voice of duknukmes love child with sum of the things he says
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Beautiful day in Compton Ca never thought I'd hear that but I lived there in the 90s
Love how he called zac out for being a hooligan and his ain’tcare attitude to vehicles and burnouts
Stifler vibes🤣🤣🤣
This is just so good
Kryptonite steering kit for the launches/longevity?
Getting shit done. 👏🏼
This guy is awesome. More experts!
Will that plate work ok with a supercharger (ie whipple?)
Nice to see someone flip the script on engine choice and install
Why isn’t there o rings on all the parts instead of gluing the pan together?
Curious as to why they didn't design and engineer a new sprocket to replace the VCT unit entirely...in a build that expensive I would personally prefer to eliminate the entire unit and free up the restriction of the oil flowing through it
Hell yeah my brother
Nice.
-Zac
I'm just happy somebody's finally stuffing a Ford in a Chevy
Doesn't hurt paint as it takes the paint off the metal.
Price for that ice service? Same like the truck
Can’t wait!
5:54 that’s what she said 😅
Someone saw Tavarish dry ice his P1 a couple weeks ago, eh? lol
Any of this work with pre 70 460 CI motors?
Good vid but there seems to be a lot of videos for ice blasting around at the mo.
Yo I’ve never seen that rtv in a can like that. What is it?
If anything goes wrong in that front assembly your screwed. How would you even begin to diagnose it?
"I watch your videos" - is that good or bad for Zach? 😂😁😇
if you just ls swapped it, all youd need a 10296 oil pump and you'd be set. but of course ford has to complicate everything, needing a $2000 kit to change oil pumps and pans.
17:27 insert meme about its cold and caused genitalia to shrink. 😅😂
Hell yeah brother
In the last 40 years GM has had like 3 different SUV / Light Truck chassis layouts lol.
Why would you remove VVTI?
FERD!
Does it use an oil cooler??
Will it fit in a Miata
This is also a dope video… but it’s still a Ford… are we going to be surprised being Chevy fans!??? I can’t wait to see and be surprised!!
Knowledge!!
get this guy a steady cam! he shakes likes he had too much sugar!
