I used a stand mixer and added the mini chocolate chips with the mixer on. The first time I made them it was really hard to hand mix the dough and the chips. Much better!
These are amazing. I love how easy the dough comes together. I use a cooling/baking rack on top of my baking sheet which lifts the biscotti up and negates the need to flip so I can bake them the allotted time in totality. If you have a baking/cooling rack recommend using it. I absolutely love your recipes. I have made many of your dishes and they do not disappoint. My husband loves your pizza dough and told me not to use any other recipe.

Excellent recipe but instead of using 2 teaspoons of vanilla I used 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of almond extract and OMG it gave it an amazing almond flavor and I only used shivered almonds!!! Amazing and delicious 😋

The only thing I would never do is cut this on a cookie sheet, I was dying inside when I seen her do that!!! 😱😢😢

Nice recipe. I have made biscotti for years as Christmas gifts. A fan favorite is white chocolate chips and lemon zest.
