Dude you are killin it . I just watched a video from 1 year ago and Damn have you grown in many ways. Congratulations on your success and f**k the haters saying you’re bragging or whatever bro. Thank you for the in-depth breakdown on the business. That provides the value not many people are willing to share .
Thanks brother!
Bro your growth in even under a year has been astronomical. Keep up the grind and congrats bro!
I agree with you about the sales process. I have a buddy that owns a very successful landscape company. He’s an amazing guy and everyone loves him. I feel like everyone wants to the part of what he’s doing when he’s doing landscaping. He’s also been fortunate enough but strategically placed himself with high net worth clientele
Nice, seems like a real good day. It’s good to see
I appreciate you sharing the prices. That’s what it’s all about
love the videos, I bought the course and now im 100% confident I can get my foot in the business love the channel
Thanks man. I’ve learned a lot from your channel
Thank you for sharing my Friend! Do you guys typically rinse tile roofs?
That’s awesome Austin, so glad to see how much you have grown! What neighborhood was that first job in? Looks close to where I live
Cool
Awesomeness Austin, blessings from GOD HIMSELF
What have you found to be the best way to pay your employees? Hourly, salary, percentage?
They are on percentage! This is the best way for everyone to get paid. Going to make a video explaining that soon.
@@AustinDavis24 Hey Austin, I've been watching your videos since you started. Incredible content that is engaging, motivating & highly informative. Thank you & congrats on your amazing success. I see you're still going with the All Clean/Virginia skids on what I believe are F-250 diesels based on your first All Clean set up. I want that truck badly it hurts! I've reached out to Brian already and mentioned how much you like his skids. I'm now working out of a Mercedes Metris and killing it here in PA but I could be at least 2X more productive if I didn't have to deal with hundreds of feet of hoses on a daily basis, by hand, lol. I'm also using a MiT-M 3GPM, 3000 psi roll around machine. It's killing me setting up & packing up every time. I'm making about $200/hr., after paying my helper/friend $50/hr. (He's been worth every penny). I really like your idea though, of sharing on a % basis. Looking forward to that video. That is pure motivation. Are you going the 1099 route of full time employee route? TIA
Hey boss, got my first job. If I have 7.5% bleach and I'm doing a vinyl siding house, I need a 2-3% mix, correct? Is that about 1/3 cup per gallon of water?
That concentration is way too weak since there are 16 gups in a gallon, that's like 0.2% bleach. If you're doing a house wash, I typically go around 1.5% so mix 1 gal of your 7.5% with 4 gals of water to get 1.5%.
Damn! Wanted first
Aye first view and comment 💦
Hey Austin . I am new the business about 1 1/2 years. Have an estimate for awnings on apartment buildings. They are red and very dirty. Any tips ? Suggestions ? Do you use SH ? Soft wash ? Ty for all your input
Let me add I have found your videos so helpful. Lots of continued success
Good stuff... As you grow it gets really time consuming to bid every job in person. For window cleaning we only bid bigger jobs in person and keep a healthy minimum price for small stuff. Sometimes we slightly underbid BUT we save hours and hours by phone bidding small to medium jobs.
I hear you. Everyone runs their business a bit differently. I just know that if we’re there in person we have about a 90% chance of getting them on our schedule. As opposed to remote estimates where it could be 50-50 or less. I rather pick up an extra 30 or 40% close ratio, which can easily equal an extra six figures a year on the board for us even if it takes some driving around
@@AustinDavis24 That's a good point. We aim for 60% close rate since 20-30% are price sensitive shoppers. I appreciate your channel and the value added. Keep up the great work!
That’s a $1,000 roof in S. Florida. I gotta move to Texas
I see you definitely took his pricing
Hey Austin what’s the company that you purchased your PW skid from ? Thanks.
All clean power wash in wayneboro Virginia
@@AustinDavis24 thanks and love the content thanks for giving such great info
Do you ever lose business because you only offer exterior window cleaning? I offer interior and exterior and have been considering removing interior window cleaning as it is more time consuming and has a higher liability with employees being inside of someone’s home.
