You also have to be careful when spraying that strong of mix and getting it on the bottom of your shoes. If you're gonna be walking in it, I would make sure to rinse the bottom of your shoes. I've seen footprints of dead grass because of this.

I'm confused about pumps. Soft washing pumps are capable of running bleach through them but pressure washing pumps aren't?
Couldn't you run your SH to pretreat, then flow clean water thru the same pump system to rinse? Is there something different about a softwash pump vs a pressure wash pump?

I do not lift up the window and clean the inside tracking. That is not included. What is included is the glass and the sill. And I have one guy working with me. At this moment in time, I’m not interested in hiring a bunch of people to do all of my work.
Sorry for the dummy question but I'm new to this industry. Are you washing the roof off with water after you spray it with chemical? It looks like you sprayed with chem and just walked away.
Yes. Its called wet and forget. I dont rinse my roofs. Just let nature take care of it
Ok. Not expecting a reply to this 2nd question but I'll throw it out. I live in Los Angeles and it barely rains so not much nature going on besides sun. Will too much sun bake the chem into the roof or will it eventually just clear up? Thank you so much for your fast reply! @@AustinDavis24

But because you’re in Los Angeles, and it’s pretty dry there, you might not have that much organic growth.
