Regret is the most crazy hard and difficult emotion i have ever felt. And its the cause of my depression for over 10 years

I agree. I think in some ways I have learned to extend myself forgiveness “credit” as a defense mechanism...before I do something I know I might regret, I just forgive myself, and go on to do it
