I just finished this one!!! Added musical notes on the side and a few swirly circles in the corners. Giving this to my husband's granddaughter for Christmas. She loves giraffes and collects anything related to them. Thanks Michelle!
thank you very much, today I repeated your idea, and I got a wonderful cheerful giraffe, I am very glad that you have a lot of original fantasies. This is my 6th work, which I repeat together with you, thank you very much.🥰🥰🐕
Michelle, I always had tell you that you have a lot of imagination and this is another paint where you demonstrate how much talent you have. Thank you for keep teaching day by day your knowledge.
Good Day Michelle, I am working on this very cute and creative painting and was getting a bit confused. You were saying brown as a color to add to make the tan for the base coat. Then noticed that burnt umber is not in your materials list. Hence why I was confused. I always go by your list so I make sure I have the correct colors you are using. Anywho, problem solved and I am super excited to continue working on this great piece. LOVE LOVE your teaching method!!!
This is wonderful. You are a fantastic teacher and I shall be attempting to paint for the first time very soon by following some of your tutorials. Thanks for all you do.
I enjoyed painting along with you so much on this one. I thought my kids were going fight over which one of them got the READING BY THE MUSHROOM LIGHT that I painted. They are 29 and 25 BTW. LOL Hopefully they will love this one too. You are such an amazing artist, awesome teacher, and just a pleasure to "paint with". Thank you so much for this channel!
Hello again Michelle. Well now you’ve gone and done it. Every time I chew gum now I’ll think of giraffes. Could be worse!!!! You make everything look so real. At least on my ipad. But where do you get these ideas. I wonder what your mother did with you when you were young.lol
Hi JT, For these tutorials I'm using a thin bodied student grade paint from Blick Materials called Blickrylics. They don't have the best pigment, but I like the consistency for layering and blending affects. I do not add any medium to the paint, but occasionally I add a touch of water if I need it thinner than it already is. I sell small sample sizes of the colors I use on my website (link below) if you want to try them before you invest in the larger bottles. Have fun painting! berkshirepaintandsip.squarespace.com/shop
They aren't really horns Michelle. They are ossicones. They are formed from ossified (hardened into bone) cartilage and are covered by skin. Hope this helps. Love the painting it's to cute.
Hi Loren, here are the links to a couple of wolf paintings i've done. I hope you enjoy; ua-cam.com/video/UE1pO0aeNHc/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/1a83f0sfWok/v-deo.html

Hi Michelle,
I love all your paintings.
What brand bristle brush do you use?
Blickrylics. Have fun painting!
thank you!!!
Michelle do you use any medium to make your paint flow, my paint doesn't flow as freely as that.
Beautiful fun painting as always 😎
