@IndianCurrycelFound you commenting on another video. Well I guess it’s a good thing you don’t mind getting arrested again if that’s really what you want.
Common conditions you often see on "probation" would be: 1. Requirement to report to your probation officer, usually annually. 2. Required therapy sessions, if any. 3. You are not allowed to go across another state without permission. But being a sex offender as a "condition of probation" can also include much more severe conditions in itself. Additional conditions under that "sex offender condition" of probation would be...... 1. Being banned from beaches or public parks. 2. You may be subject to polygraphs. 3. You may be under house arrest in some cases. 4. You may have to surrender your passport. 5. You may be under self-curfew, where you must observe that curfew every day, like they do in Miami-Dade Florida, for those sex offenders. 6. If you are homeless, you may be required to register as an offender on probation if your address is only a street corner within the approved areas. 7. For some Internet sex crimes, especially child porn, while you are on that condition of probation, you can be banned from the Internet during such probation.
Level 3 - is roughly equal to being a Tier 3 sex offender. Level 2 - is roughly equal to being a Tier 2 sex offender. Level 1 - is roughly equal to being a Tier 1 sex offender. Generally, those being on a Tier 3 registry are the "worst of the worst" pervert-wise (often reserved for the most heinous/most dangerous sexual predators), and deserving of the most draconian restrictions on their freedoms possible!
@@SoulforSale Tier 3s are very definitely chomos even if the criminal charges they are facing were not related to child sex crimes. Best to not be that. Avoid committing sex crimes involving children and you will avoid being on the sex offender registry. No lies about that!
I’m a Tier 3 when I was in school i was in the 12 grade and got convicted without any evidence. My girlfriend at the time was 16 her and her parents went to court on my behalf and the judge that I had didn’t want to hear nothing. She just wanted to convict me first time ever be interested in my life and got level 3 I’m 40 years old so tell me what can I do so am I the worst I never been arrested ever again
The law needs to be updated on sex offenders because in my case the girl lied about her age when we met and after we had sex she felt guilty and told me she was 16 so I decided to take her back home because I don’t like liers period and met up with her mom or aunt and three officers and they ran me and told me i was good so I went back home and now 5 years later she made a report saying that I ate her out while she was bleeding and that she told her mom that she went to a friends house but the cops when I took her home said she ran away from home and her mom was doing a missing persons report when I walked her to her door but to the court the law doesn’t care if she lied she’s always right and i was told by my lawyer if i took it to trail I would have lost because I told the truth and to be honest I didn’t know the law until I looked it up and she said In the report that she was 14 but shes 22 right now and Minos 5 year im sorry but I can do the math
Risks outweigh rewards. Hey if things worked out how they were supposed to the victim would have defended themselves and the offender would have been hurt back if not killed. Just goes to show you these people still only think about themselves. worried about a list... you deserve to be on. How about dont take advantage of people.
How do we know a robber isnt a robber or thief. If you trust them to look after something or come into your home. Same thing applies to every violent crime that nobody wants to experience again.
It's sad... I committed my crime back in '93 was on probation(went to prison on violations) and recently got off parole in '09... Been living a wonderful life for over 11 years(registering once a year ever since) I would love to just simply travel and see the world without restrictions. What does it even mean to get off parole when you STILL have 30 plus rules to follow? So sad.. Wish you could deregister just based off of proving you can live a normal life for YEARS after parole. Good video...
What probation violation did they get you for and how did they even find out? Please get back to me on this, if you don’t want to say the violation that’s fine but please Atleast tell how they found out you violated probation

o.k lets talk facts. im 60 years old. my sex crime happen in 1977. got convicted in 1978. crime was rape in frist degee. now we talking 44 years. no other sex crimes in those years. 4 months before release for that crime get arrested for burgarly. now pulled back in court and told you have to put on list and go to sex offender class. go to class and they say whats ur problem. why are u here and please be honest. and i tell them when i was 16 i had a rape charge. got out and four months before my release on parole got a burgarly charge and within a 30 year span never went back for a sex crime. the lady who was a sex crime expert says u havent reoffended in 30 years. so now im not going to ask for the sex crime unit to pay another 30 years to watch u. been 44 years and they stll knocking on my door laughing they way to the bank to cash there check. when is enough is enough?
Cruel and unussual punishment. My cousin had a consentual girlfriend at 21 years old. He was young. . Did His prison time plus 10 years pribation and still on the registry . All for a whag they called a LEWD and LASCIVIOUS i think its called. And they still wont let this man live his life after 25 years. How much fxxking punishment More is needed? My case is similar and almost as old. My problem is with how the states can Trash the US Constitution. Violating ex post facto and lack of due process. They claim whenever they add restrictions or additional laws they are not considered punishment. I completed my sentence in 2006 with no further issues. In October 2018 the state advised me I would be forced to wear an ankle monitor for the rest of my life. The Supreme Court recently ruled the statute requiring the ankle monitor was unconstitutional. It's going on five years and the ankle monitor is still on my leg. All I wanted was the chance to go before a judge and plead my case. I was caught up in a blind blanket law that treated every case the same.
SO : YOU are a repeat criminal offender who preys upon other people that you see as vulnérable, but you think that you have improved by stealing instead of perversion. Not much of a gain, and you are still Actively ruining the lives of others. And you feel Sorry for yourself ! Take some responsiblity!
OMG, this is worst than figuring out the tax codes for your annual taxes. WOW.
All I have to say is, Don't do the crime, don't do the time.
YEP! EXTREMELY WORSE FOR THE ONE WHO HAS TO BE REGISTERED! :( :( :( SO AVOID BEING ON THAT REGISTRY IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!
My brother is a criminal defense attorney, and a damn good one, and he has trouble figuring out these ridiculous laws
Wrongful convictions happen

The risk level law is more reasonable than many states that lump all offenders together.
is this like a:
all you need to know before you become a sex offender...?
lol.
Why do sex offenders that server all there time still be punished forever after the do time and do treatment?

Question.. how does one know a child molester isnt going to molest anyone else?
How do we know a killer isn't going to kill anyone else?
How do we know a domestic abuser won't be a domestic abuser again to the next partner?
How do we know a robber isnt a robber or thief. If you trust them to look after something or come into your home. Same thing applies to every violent crime that nobody wants to experience again.

You would think after 30 years without reoffending you could come off the public list
Just depends on what you did...If you straight up raped someone then I think your lucky to be above ground...
