Dustin Reid No worries :D So Brian, the guy in the orange shirt is a professional strong man so he needs to eat a lot (as we’ve seen from the video). A food chain is like a big tree, the prey (rabbits, squirrels, deer etc.) are the bottom of the list, the predators (those who hunt) are at the top. Humans are also at the top (especially now). In short, the higher the tree you are the less likely you’re going to be eaten, and the higher chances of you eating something else. Now Garrett rice’s joke is that a science teacher is teaching the students about the food chain. The student asks who is at the top. The teacher then finds this video/Brian and shows him to the class. In other terms, because Brian eats so much (5-6 times more than the average person), he is able to eat everything and everyone below him on the food chain (in a comical sense) :D do you get it? If you don’t just tell me, I’ll explain it in a different way.
Me: How much rice do you eat? Brian: Yes Thank you so much for all the likes, this made me day. Hope all of you say strong and eat well. For every like I will eat a gram of protein.
Navy Seal is like, "goddammit, I wish he'd left the dog in here!" He killed it, tho. They consume 10,000kcal a day (which includes simple sugar energy gels whilst on bike) and remain not only very skinny, but completely lean.
My own personal experience is that I currently have a six pack for the first time in my life, after going high carb nearly a year ago. I tried low and moderate carb diets for years and never even got close. You can also see striations in my delts, when previously you couldnt even see me delts at all.
What a humble nice chap Sean is, so honoured people like him serve. Respect from the U.K
How miserable must it be, to have to constantly eat that much. Literally, your entire day, every day is consumed by consuming.
Pancreas, liver, intestine taking this crap everyday
It's his job basically.
Being a strongman isn’t glamorous it takes a lot of hard work and pain
May God have mercy on your toilet.

15:11 Brian is such a chill and very nice guy I like how he just came in with the meals ready to go and he’s like oh come on man really I wanna eat🤣🤣
Science teacher- *explains food chain*
Child-So what’s at the top?
Science teacher-one second...*furious typing*
“What’s up guys, I’m Brian Shaw”
Rice
Dustin Reid No worries XD Happy to help! Have an awesome day/night! :D
When Brian takes meal 3 from him and gives him meal 4 😂😂😂
Sean- Wait so how many plumbers do you go through in a year?
Brian- Yes
Brian, I agree with everyone else.

Navy Seal is like, "goddammit, I wish he'd left the dog in here!" He killed it, tho. Lotta love to all the men and women who risk their lives in the Armed Forces to defend our freedoms and democracy, if you can even still call it that these days....I personally am grateful for the sacrifices you all make to protect our country and way of life. 🇺🇸🗽
is that supposed to be the statue of liberty ?
@@TronaldDump69 ... that was the intent...
You mean the imperialist Army who invade, rape, and kill innocent oil rich countries peoples in the name of the dollar? But hey we're not here for politics. Enjoy the video
focused ah yes because to pass army boot camp there is a course on how to properly rape and sack people that have done nothing to provoke you, can confirm, this happens all the time
