In my experience, My squads usually stray away from me (as squad lead). If im not assigned or playing defense i always run a flank route or a spearhead and i always notice my squad either pushes en masse with the team, or just begs me for outposts more suitable for them to go run off and Rambo. I play Eastern US servers and its mindboggling to see how people play
Essential to have a squad lead, and a squad that uses their mics and follows direction. The squad lead has the ability to lay down Out Post for faster spawning of the squad. Great video
I have am lucky enough to have a group of five other regulars that I play with. Sometimes we take leadership and support roles across several squads, sometimes we play armor, sometimes we combine our forces in a mega-squad like Megazord or Captain Planet.
This is why when I first started playing a year or so ago I jumped into squad leader with in a matter of days. I can’t stand getting into a squad with no one talking/ listening
My very first match I ended up squad leader because I didn't know what I was doing and the guys on my team helped me figure it out. My game crashed before I got super far but that was my favorite match so far.
Great video bud! Better than watching someone hide in a bush with a sniper and kill people 100m away n think u actually have skill. U play hll the way it's meant to be played
Find the SL with the highest rank, join him, and go where he goes. If you can find one of us 300+ guys who is willing to SL, you will do quite well if you go with him.
The problem is no players that qualify to be squad leaders actually want to. The kits are worse than several other classes, the ear rape is unreal, and there's always some kid complaining when he literally could have clicked the button to SL too.
Oh yeah I’m always stuck as SL because NO ONE WANTS to do it. Just call shots and act like you know wtf u want and your squad will love you for immersing them. Keep those OPs down and do stuff commander asks. Easy.
It's even better with a squad that listens and stays together

Wish there was a way to find better squads to team up with

Personally my favourite map

I've always thought it would be great to have squad in one ear and command in the other

And a squad leader is much better with an actual squad....
😂😂😂
Truth.
I would go further: HLL is a pretty bad experience without a good squadleader. That is why I never join random teams.
I’m always stick playing SL bc no one wants it
