The Portal gem can be supported by High-Impact Mine for a zero cost and reservation mine. You can then link it with Arrogance if you want to increase the aura effect. I've seen portal mines mainly being used by mine supports in group play; for solo play I think building around using Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage (in a March of the Legion) and a level 1 Stormblast Mine is a better use of your mine limit. (Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage + Pneumatic Dagger + Chains of Command is quite fun.)
Stormblast mine does work with arrogance however, and since the aura doesn't really scale with levels you can leave it as lvl1 to keep the reservation at minimum.
i dont understand high impact double damage calculation, on pob with 25 mines active it give me 75% double when gem say 2% per mine ? what wrong i'm stupid :D
Ive only tried Reap with Arcanist brand but later swapped to wave of Conviction till i get a eye of malice then swap to flame surge . This leagues im using Flame Surge of Combusting. it can now ignite and quality can increase burning ground so the ignite can synergize with fire trap of blasting . but i think regular fire trap with its dot might be smoother.
I really think that this sceptre was a missed opportunity to empower the second sight keystone and create a new melee archetype. iirc all other ways to reduce blind effect are just to make it so you cannot be blinded thus nullifying the keystones crit multiplier
Do all 115 map objectives: Complete all T1-T5 maps at magic or rare rarity Complete all T6-T10 maps at rare rarity Complete all T11-T16 maps at rare rarity and corrupted Complete all unique maps that are on the Atlas

i would just compare to the trickster version. the big thing is that i have a moderate budget weapon and shield. getting a double hatred watcher's eye with base crit also would go a long way. i just slapped this build together in about an hour or so.
I add 5dB to the volume of every video, this is normalized with all of my other videos. I can raise it more but this sounds fine to me at my standard computer volume with the video at 75%.
So the mine emits that aura while armed? Would this then be scaled by aura effect/effect of your non-curse auras on enemies such as bannerman/master of command?

We also used portal mines in TotA to buff our allies, mostly for turtle-slaying.
I use this tech whenever I play a brand or a totem build. pretty nice extra damage with no effect on dmg uptime.
This reminds me of the times when the minion tag could be transferred to melee skills, GGG fixed this a long time ago.

No, the interaction only seem to be for eternal blessing, not with divine blessing that is on those boots.

It should, or at least according to pob it does.
It gets scaled by aura effect, but only the minimum effect of one mine. You cannot change the maximum effect, only make it easier to reach the max
