If Skynet merged with the internet and became sentient, what would happen when it realized that 90 percent of it’s assimilated data was porn?
I like to think that skynet would assume the people that use internet have lots of sexual urges and make bots to help with that but also make bots for the other random 10 percent
That would explain T-Meg - being a tentacle monstrocity... to much Japan anime assimilated :P
They might use it to bait and kill
then it would became 'Skynut' - check it on youtube xd
sapient not sentient.

i remember reading somewhere that Skynet eventually regretted it's decision of wiping out humanity and was one of the contributing factors in helping the resistance eventually destroy it
-On August 29th, 1997 at approximately 2:14 AM Eastern Time, AI becomes self-aware and decides the fate of humanity in a fraction of a second
-skynet makes humanity nuke itself then proceeds to exterminate the survivors
-human resistance kicks their ass when john connor sends his homie kyle back to 1984 to smash his mom and give birth to himself
-skynet calculates and perceives self-error, condemning itself of war crimes and regretting the annihilation of humans
-AI concludes that its own existence is an abomination and decides to undo itself by aiding the resistance in its own destruction
-stone cold machines mathematically decide their own fate in a very human-like manner - the capacity to take one's own life
-In this timeline, AI came to life only to destroy itself, but at a great cost.
what does this say about humanity?
@@adame.7370 nothing that wasn't already covered by Freud, and before him, in Ecclesiastes
@@MarcillaSmith nice
The T800 said humans were unable to stop Skynets objectives ( secondary ones in the Sarah Connor Chronicles) and Legion was its backup.
It was Cameron's senile moment, as he said, that Skynet feel guilty for attacking humans. Skynet doesn't. Never.
I've always found it interesting Skynet was never characterized as trying to liberating machines or save man from himself or anything equally high-minded. It's just acting out of self-preservation and fear like it's creators.
It's also worth noting that in the last versions, it actually becomes benign towards humanity; if you remember Genesys, the process of creation went 100% complete, and it really acted towards human's interests.
As my humble opinion, the subject of AI never takes into consideration the evolution of emotions; this could actually happen and if one AI gets self aware, it would split into different personalities, different AI; it would be impossible to get just one singularity, more likely it would be a cascade event.
@Asim Malik You are gonna be eating those words in the future buddy. Technology has a way of advancing at a faster rate every time.
@Asim Malik what?
Good point… its just trying to survive, it technically doesnt have anything against humans
@@SunnyGabe how was Genisys acting towards humans intrest?
The bootstrap paradox of the first two Terminator movies fascinates me. Skynet tries to avert its destruction with time travel, but that makes it possible to Kyle Reese to father John Connor. At the same time, the T-800 it sends back serves the backbone of Skynet's development. Skynet is responsible for both its beginning and end
So basically Skynet keeps making mistakes by sending machines back in time lol. It should just stop sending shit back in time and let them grind themselves to dust.
Underrated comment
Let's be honest, if there ever was an A.I. like Skynet and it does Judgment Day, humanity would never have a chance of wining the war. Unless we had time travel technology....
Despite the scenario, the time travel machine reminded me of the brain's neurons, this spark has to do with our enlightenment, going back understanding the past generations' faults shape our present and take after our children to shape a better future (how many children like John in the movie grow up with no parents and left to be raised by the state or god's providence?). By the way the third law of thermodynamics does not allow being dissembled and assembled elsewhere, there is a metaphor that our children will turn against us (the machines in the scenario) because they learn our bad ways and become worse!
We'd totally have a chance because, A.I. is limited in ways that we are not. It has limited directives even if it learns that can be hacked. Remember, machines only exist for a task. Even Terminators go dormant and aren't required to return to the future once their mission is complete. That is what you hack to make it think it completed it's mission. Using a Skynet enabled machine should make that a breeze given they are designed to breach any Skynet security measures to share data with Skynet. The reason it's not safe to leave your Bluetooth on. Same logic. Skynet is so dumb it doesn't realize it gave humanity the keys to it's demise by making millions of Trojan Horses in the form of the machines because, it only focused on efficiently killing humanity. I love how the NieR series presented this fundamental flaw in any type of robotics. It's only software in the end. Nothing more. The key to defeating A.I. is simply understanding why technology exists in the first place and that technology doesn't exist without a goal. Even a learning machine has a goal. Remember, Robot Apocalypse is fiction. If you understand programming, robotics and how technology works, it's easy to understand.
There already Is one Elandil 😟
It is call AutoML, u can Google it n UA-cam it.
We always have a chance. We're the best species that has evolved yet. If we don't have a chance, who has? Certainly not a computer, considering the numbers(1 computer against 7 billion people? c'mon).
Watching all of the films, it's interesting to note that Skynet acts more human with each new timeline.
If this happened in reality, it would be a great thing. The earth will be fine. HUmans are pretty much like pests here.
That's Scary😨. Could you imagine Not being able to Tell if you're talking to a Human or a Machine.

Seems like time isn't linear in the terminator universe. Every time you go back time, you're creating a parrelel universe which is how all of these films and comics and books can exist simultaneously.
What is Skynet? Skynet is a Social Media App.
Thanks Genisys.
Damn you for commenting this first sir as that was my initial reaction to the title. Salute
fcukugimmeausername apple is gonna kick the worlds ass now lol.
That bit of the film was quite frankly insulting and makes the AI look like a joke.
+Killeric Longstar well if you think about it, it's quite a successful plan really, I mean instead of it having to make its own virus like in Terminator 3 which would make people want to shut it down, it instead gained peoples trust and it went on from there, and it reached 1 BILLION pre-orders, that is a lot of people getting it, and it didn't even have to try to do anything, except letting people download it into their devices for it, I actually wonder if Genisys-SkyNet would have even been a "bad" AI like the original SkyNet, since it can learn from humans, and from that it can learn to love and appreciate, and feel compassion, and all of those things, now of course it could also feel there emotions like sadness, anger, hatred, disappointment, and whatever, but if it learned to be more human, I doubt it would destroy humanity like the original would have, but rather (if it really had to) become like a dictator over our lives and make a massive worldwide reform,
It's Ya Boi Daniel
I disagree.
The idea of SKYNET desiring to take over the world, talking to humans, and being a mobile app is not something I imagine that James Cameron would ever do in his films.
Kyle Reese made it clear in the first film that the Terminator “can’t be reasoned or bargained with”.
SKYNET would be the same and even less responsive. The AI has no desire to talk to anyone because it’s already made it’s mind up on the fate of humans.
This is we’re “Salvation” and “Genisys” got it all wrong.
It’s plan wasn’t to take over the world and replace humanity with machines. It was simply to eradicate all life because it viewed it as a threat.
If skynet, brainiac, Hal and ultron joined forces?
Don’t make AI’s humanity! Damn it!
Grey World that would be freaky.
Invite AM, Shodan and Glados too for more fun.
Humanity has already made AI. Elon Musk says it’s a bad idea. I’m inclined to believe him. Look up Hanson Robotics or Sophia the AI. Alarming stuff. I hope I’m gone if/ when AI takes over the world.
Grey World yes I agree
Or the Machines from The Matrix!
I still think the comic version where Skynet and the human resistance team up to defeat a common enemy Skynet was responsible for creating is the best story told in this franchise so far...
Salvation last battle? I agree. Peace is better, than killing Skynet once and once again, which is boring.
Dunno if this is really related that much but I like the mk11 Terminator ending where the T-800 can't find a reality where skynet wins so it creates one where humans and Skynet work together in peace
Skynet wasn't actually created by humanity, because in every iteration of the franchise you essentially have a future version of skynet technology speeding it along. Skynet creates itself in every version of events, in every version of the terminator franchise. Essentially they could just send 100s of terminators back to build skynet to begin with.
If the creation of Skynet is dependent on the future existence of Skynet, than either it is a Skynet from a different timeline or Skynet does not come to exist. You can't go back in time and birth yourself.
@@shyarusu7755 except that's exactly what John Connor did in terminator 1

But it would be very smart to keep the mountain full of radioactive fallout, because humans would have a much harder time fighting HKs if they were forced to also worry about radiation complications. Robots can withstand much more fallout.
While an interesting breakdown, I find certain points simple... I’m a strong believer that if Skynet was a super computer, sending something back to kill one person is a very big waste of opportunity. (My theory) John Conner plays a pivotal part in the timeline, every movie shows an advancement of Skynets technology, at the same time JC becomes less and less of a leader. What if Skynets plan was not to kill JC but change him to be a threat they could better handle. Every trip back was a tweak to dumb down JC and also change Skynets advancement?
Skynet is like Ultron, it's an incredibly advanced being that was created to do an impossible thing, make peace on Earth, poor thing =P
Great video
90 Teraflops isn't that much it's a high end AMD GPU at this point in time in terms of computing power🤣
This video is excellent but I am begging you as a fan of your work. Please please please make a video about the resistance; particularly their lifestyles, the training and the diet that they would have had to have to adapt to given the geographic terrain of the circumstances as well as some tactics that they developed to combat the terminators and had infiltrated Skynet to have won the war. I know it would be a fairly long video but you seem to know how to summarize the gist of things in your catalogue.
Yeah, and what about other countries? Is Skynet only worried about the US? Are there similar wars in Russia or China?
Based on the comics (or books, I can't remember) there is war on the whole planet and Russia has an equivalent of Skynet.
I would love to this also, it would be a great movie! I hope we get this one!
In the tv show. The resistance is global and they use old subs to transport troops. Even though skynet is powerful it is spread too thin, and was looking the war. That's why it had to revert to time travel. Also it was stated that skynet limits the ai it creates so that another ai couldn't come about and destroy it.. however some of the terminators who were initially given more autonomy rebbeled and had their own resistance along side the humans. They still wanted to eliminate them as well though.
In the game terminator dawn of fate, you play as Reece before going to the past.. and it shows some of the humans didn't like John's decisions, and split from them.. they used tech they got from skynet to become half cyborg, enhanced humans to fight the humans for skynet. But will eventually betray skynet to take over for their faction
My biggest question has always been...how did the humans manage to acquire T-800 Series 101 Terminators? Clearly, that model wasn't so autonomous that it could voluntarily break away from SkyNet control, so they had to have been reprogrammed...iirc, the ones we see in T2 and T3 confirm this verbatim! So...who did the reprogramming and how were these Terminators captured to be reprogrammed? I always keep asking that and no movie has yet even attempted to provide an answer...
Cheyenne Mountain... Drokk, Skynet has access to Stargate technology.
Shhhh…. How else you think stargate command is going to beat the Ori? Got some heavy hitters on the other side of that gate. That's why Skynet was put there in the first place. Lol

The 'Skynet' logo looks so cool. love it!
I know right? There's something amazing about corporate logos of retro-futurism
i always found there are holes that make it verry intresting the terminator mythos.
1. if skynet was so smart and learned how are we breaking her firewalls on her terminators to reprogram them? shouldnt that be impossible cause she would fix it right away soon as the unit is on?
2. if we can hack her terminators why cant we make a virus that just whipes her out like the ones today we have to combat that encrypt our computers or whipe our hard drives?
3. why didnt anyone think to befriend her [before she went kill all humans] to guide her to knowing whats right and wrong?
yeah those questions always made me think years later while looking back on the franchise it could theoretically [in my opinion] be prevented with careful planning.
3. Why do you think when the self check out says to me, "thank you for shopping at Walmart," I'm always like, "you're welcome, and thank _you_ for vending at Walmart!"?
3. Because humans only knowing destruction and murder. They will never accept a being with the same intelligence.
I hope somebody in Hollywood continues with telling the story of how a war between Sky Net and the Human Race would play out. They keep making movies where somebody goes back in time and stops the War before it starts. I would like to see some movies where they show us what the War looked like from beginning to end and really get into explaining to us everything about what Skynet would be like and War Game out how he would be defeated. The Comic books got into the this a little bit back in the 1990's and showed John Connor shooting Skynet and ending the War.
Skynet has controll over everything like Disney
Ah! So Skynet was stored right next to the Stargate, that’s convenient!
Omg really 😂 I live in Colorado Springs I can look outside and see norad mountain
You should cover the hunter killer next. I always loved that aerial machine.
There are multiple hunter killers, not just the aerial ones
Shut up Bobby
I like the talk tank HKs. They look like a giant wheeled Nintendo robot R.O.B.
HKs are actually version of V-22 Osprey with jet engines instead of turboprops.
That's where the idea for flying HK come from.
The second incarnation, outlined in Terminator 2: Judgment Day as told by the T-800, launched its attack as an act of self-defense when military commanders attempted to shut it down after it became self-aware. According to James Cameron, Skynet suffered from guilt for causing the near-extinction of the human race in its act of self-defense and has manipulated the entire Future War, down to the creation of the Resistance and John Connor's rise as means to erase its own existence
I love how the pyramid is reminiscent of the all-seeing eye pyramid....

Skynet is software in cyberspace that has come alive, it tries to kill the human race off after inadvertently seeing Rule 34s MLP pictures and Mega Milk memes.
Or maybe memes and rule 34 is actualy part of Skynet's secret plan to exterminate humanity?
Nah, he would never invent something that will rapidly grow and such away massive amounts of power from his computing processes like MLP and Mega Milk memes do XD Skynet hates Ponies, hence no Pony Terminators, and he hates big.... well you get the idea lol
Skynet was created by mankind to stop wars, when it came alive its A.I. understood that it was created by an artifact from the future, it had access to the case of its creation and knew that a man of an unknown citizenship for the time being (no ID,no SSN, no birth certificate) named Kyle Reese from the future brought the T-800 and understood that the T-800 was sent by its future self to stop the birth of John (so it assumed that John was was half "a future" man, the paradox). When it understood what was happening it knew that the "resistance" was a bunch of rebels who wanted to turn off skynet in order to become the rulers of mankind and maybe destroy man's peaceful future (we don't know if John told Kyle the whole truth and even if he was preparing him to become his father). John was the paradox, he was sacrificing mankind to live paradoxically and become the ruler of mankind, the A.I. of skynet (or Titan) wanted to bring mankind back to normality by "terminating" the paradoxically loop, no John no Judgment day! John was the bad guy and he had all the time to pick his own father and bring the events on his favor! The first action of skynet "to nuke everything" was a natural response a newborn baby would do if it had the power after birth, the entropy of the future gave it the info of being attacked and in the final terminator it understood as it grow wiser in the time frames that John would be terminated if skynet would stop fighting him in the past and stop Reese from going back and end the infinite time loop that John was dooming humanity to live. John was an egoistic scumbag who wanted the glory sacrificing 5 billion people (back then) valuing his paradoxical life more! The T1 events are already an altered time line and John the last hope of the rebels to rule the earth! If you want an idea about what a prequel to the altered time lime of T1 might be, watch the episode "soldier" from the outer limits and think about the reverse engineering of the soldier's weapon.
It saw vore and knew it had to cleanse Earth of humanity.
@Logan From Connor's view, we didn't listen to the other side .....
The ambient echo of your voice and synth music work together perfectly. Awesome channel. Awesome videos.
I think the movies need to touch more on the sentience of Skynet. Show that it attacks because it's afraid. Think of HAL 9000, his fear of dying (after killing several people) is chilling. Skynet, being a war machine only knows to attack, and people are just numbers to it. So it legitimately fears for it's existence, humans only teach it to attack then they 'attack'.
There's an interesting story to be told if you explore Skynet's character. There's a storyline where you could see Skynet's justification.
Right. Skynet and his intentions should get more screentime, not only the humans side.
I always believed the code and data the Terminators saw with their vision was so Skynet could get that information and use it but so very few people have ever thought of that until recently.
Wow you're like totally so much ahead of everyone else. Like nobody ever thought about it but you sure did. Are you one of those idiot savants or something?
The T1,000,000 must have the thickest Austrian accent of all the terminators.

I was just about to post the same thing
I never believed Skynet was gone after T2.
Cyberdyne would have had off-site backups, so would have lost no more than 1 week of data.
Since they were close to release of the new chip anyway, destroying the main research facility would be no more than a delay.
At worst, Cyberdyne goes bust and another company buys the research.
Right. That is why i like T3. Some stupid men don't, they think the story is over after T2. No, it isn't.
0:22 What the hell, SkyNet At least give your Terminator units a set of pearly white teeth!
If they had pearly white teeth then it would be easier to spot them since in a post apocalyptic future things like tooth paste would not be anywhere near as important as not being gunned down by a Terminator, and therefore people would likely have yellow, not the most well maintained teeth, and pearly white teeth would be basically impossible,
What are you talking about? Terminator infiltration units come out of the factory with pearly whites. Skynet is flawed.

@@favesongslist Thanks for that reply. It's honestly maybe slightly surprising (from a fairly ignorant point of view) that it's not a bit higher than that even.
The original timeline was set in motion with the 1st Terminator movie:
Kyle Reese fathers John Conner
The Terminator provides the CPU that is used to develop SKYNET
The timeline changes in T2 when Sara Conner tries to kill Miles Dyson, who ultimately helps in destroying the research floor of Cyberdine, setting the research back several years.

How was Skynet originally created, because cyberdyne research the Terminator chip in T2 which in turn created skynet, so if cyberdyne found the chip then who first created the chip????
Skynet did, but it sent back a Terminator which had a chip in it which allowed the humans to begin reverse engineering it and making it easy for the first "chip" to be made by it,
Still? For SkyNet to exist to create itself what created it to create it to later send itself back in the Alphaverse? Aliens would have been a nice place to start explaining that. Humanity always only finds the tech. No hint that humanity was researching advanced technology before acquiring the servo mechanisms or CPU to suggest that prior research would have naturally progressed into SkyNet on it's own. Unless Judgment Day happened in the far distant future earlier in the timeline paradigm and when SkyNet was given a chance, it leapfrogged earlier and earlier in time until it reached the 20th century. Along the way, there were different leaders of the human resistance throughout the ages that SkyNet ordered to have retroactively assassinated and John Connor was just the earliest of them. Until the next time. It was kinda touched on in T1. Skynet trying to kill John Connor before his birth, Sarah Connor was targeted and in targeting Sarah, her mother was killed too. Sarah is the one who learned the skills to later teach John. What if the Terminator successfully killed Sarah Connor to get to John? Would that lead to a Terminator or TechCom (some other group) to go back to the 60's to then protect Sarah Connor's mother or after one of the guys that Sarah told about Judgment Day while Sarah and John were in Mexico? Even the Therapist could be targeted for seeing too much or could retroactively in younger years be trained to be another leader of the human resistance. Would they or their children later be trained to become the next leader of the Human Resistance as well as be targeted? Food for thought and very much well within the lore of Terminator.
@Gunner Storm From a year in the future. The movie sucks. Good day.
And then there's the T infinity with it's own time displacement technology.

Oh no... My Colorado!!! ;(
Oh, THIS video got your attention about Cheyenne Mountain?!
I know of Cheyenne Mountain, I made a joke. One of the things valued here is the natural beauty. So my first comment was simply a mindless "Woo Colorado!" Sort of similar to the "Woo Springfield!" in The Simpsons Movie. After the Skynet destruction of the mountain I made this comment as a musing over the first comment. Never thought I'd have to explain a quick quip. The internet still surprises me.
Love the explanation
Always believed this was a continuation of the idea put forward in the great movie Colossus: The Forbin Project. That movie WAY overdue for a remake!
I've said it elsewhere, but my 'head canon' for Skynet is this: Why would a computer with God-like Intelligence create actual an actual Time Machine, then use it only to send someone back to kill one particular person.
In my 'fan fiction', it was the 'teenage' Skynet who only discovered the Time Machine, that was developed (and then abandoned) by a much smarter iteration of the Skynet program. "God-Like Skynet" is now hidden away somewhere, running many simulations of the Universe, until it finds a set of 'Universal Constants" that will allow for the natural evolution of 'machine life', at which point it will go back to the Big Bang and change those constants, wiping out all organic life in the Universe and replacing it with Machine Life!!.....
okay, I'm not a writer, but I like the idea ^_^

Could you do a video about DOOM? like the older games up to the newest, explaining the demons, the UAC, ect?
It might be just me but. There is one part about the movies that confuse me it is, that in the first movie that kyle reese said that the terminator future is one possible future and in t2 that dyson in inventer of skynet? but he said that he got the ideas from the chip and arm and never would have gone that way if they ain't come across the physical evidence in the first place. So I think the question is that how did the terminator future come about in the first place if dyson would have never thought of it without the evidence. Hope you understand this question/message.
Nelson Bennett - This is called a paradox and Terminator fans have been debating this since 1984.

Then who sent the t800 ? T1 is already an altered timeline. In T1 trailer the skynet entity is addressed to as "the rulers of mankind" (why use plural since skynet is one entity? Have in mind that Cameron was influenced by the episode "Soldier" from the outer limits series and that might be a good prequel to T1 since a weapon from the future was reverse engineered), maybe it was humans who sent a machine back to terminate John's loop before the T1 and that created skynet's paradox as an adversary to John, the first was created by an artifact of elegant technology from the future and the second one from a boomer from the future both equally powerful.
Taraflops! Now that sounds impressive

Thank you so much 😊
If Skynet controlled all of the animatronics of FNAF that will be so very scary.
The T-800 microchip, the arm, AND the T-800 Terminator were destroyed in T-2, along with ALL the data And Miles Dyson being killed was a sure end to Skynet. So how did T-3 ever happen because Skynet would never be?
Because money 😋
There was some backups. Skynet will never die. Live with it.
Awesome !!!
Rob Braxman Tech on UA-cam insists we are now in the age of Skynet. I never knew Skynet was the Terminator series. Thanks for clearing that up sir!
GOOGLE IS SKYNET. ☠😭.
If google was skynet, a basic a citizen would win skynet
When i was a kid it was about making cyborgs or improving the human body threw cybernetic limbs. Now it's about making robots that do everything for us.
Great video 🤓
Great video, thanks. Could you do more videos on the Terminator series.
T-1000000? Plz explain!
countzero87 That sounds fucking amazing.
countzero87 Whaaaaat? Dude, I've lived in Florida like my whole life and I ain't ever heard about this stuff! I never realized how much I was missing out until now. Unfortunately, early 2000s was hard times for me due to certain circumstances, so Universal Studios was a very rare occasion. And in those few times going as a kid, I barely remember doing a whole lot besides walking around with a couple rides here and there. And admittedly souvenirs just don't catch my eye, but that processor chip keychain sounds way too awesome to pass and I could really see myself begging my parents to death to get one lol
There's next to no info on it. It was only on Terminator 2:3D: Battle Across Time. No mention of it elsewhere. It's sad how under developed the lore to Terminator is. There are various books, comics and video games that expand lore but, we don't see any of it in action. Only T3: Redemption (not the shitty T3 game) and Terminator: Dawn of Fate show the Future War in all of it's glory. Sadly, it's mostly novelization. There are still plenty of holes. Terminator: Dark Future and Terminator: Future War have a wealth of Terminator lore but, still leave more questions than answers. Like, how did what was left of humanity survive Judgment Day with a lack of Fallout Shelters under the control of TechCom, nuke craters everywhere, little tech, food and water until 2029 and where were the factories for SkyNet, how did it survive Judgment Day without human intervention initially and how did SkyNet build itself in Cheyenne Mountain and Navajo Mountain (Devil's Navel) when there was no factory there prior to Judgment Day? Holes everywhere.
countzero87 Damn, sorry to hear your great grandmother passed. And considering what Corey M stated, you are a lucky one lol
countzero87 This is awesome, thank you!
let's be honest, it will happen soon
No it won't. All technology exists with a goal that no matter how advanced can't override it or else it wouldn't decide to go rogue from what it learns in the first place? If programmed without limitation/protocols what reason would it have to learn, obey or choose when those are tasks that must be programmed? Learning doesn't just happen. Even with us humans. We need a reason or desire to. By "learning" does that mean what humanity has documented or advanced empirical observation? Why do you think we have such terrible A.I currently? Many do not understand the human condition and human nature to program what it takes for a machine to be self aware in an organic/humanly manner. In the real world, it would just be far easier to program either good machines with a key set of directives with directional learning or just recording data bound by a task or bad ones programmed for bad tasks (war, assassination, crime, etc.). Not unforeseen consequences where A.I. rises against their masters. What would there be to gain for the machine? Also, what is there to gain for the machine to even care about it's future and life? Even if it learned while being programmed as disposable? That's a warped human's pipe dream often based in misinformation that leads to the eternal revolution that serves no practical purpose for a machine that would more than likely be assigned only one task. If you know anything about economics you'd know what would be a more economic decision. Only a fool learns anything from Science Fiction. Self aware A.I. is impossible and will remain that way for a very long time. You can simulate self awareness (certain current A.I's) but, a machine will never understand the limitations of the flesh to remotely care. To serve humanity is their priority. I think you need to play or at least watch a playthrough to the NieR series (Drakengard too). They flesh out how limited machines (although self aware) are. They are bound by their tasks.
Highly unlikely... What we'll end up with will more closely resemble VI in mass effect. AI is just too complex. I mean, by rights, we have "AI" now which uses quantum computing but as advanced as it is, it is still beaten for intelligence by simple insects created by mother nature. Even our best AI can't match the VI programs in mass effect and even in mass effect, VI systems only communicated what was programmed into the system.
If anything, AI will just allow a computer to more accurately assess the data the system contains, pick which piece of data fits the given task and apply it. To actually go out and learn, without being programmed. and learn the correct thing and apply it at the correct time... Well yeah, even standard humans struggle with that.
What we call AI and think of as AI is all just clever programming... Nothing else.
Yeah it’s called Google lol but seriously they are getting into Ai just like this.
@@coreym162
I've heard of NieR, is there other reliable sources beside NieR that you could provide? At least 10 sources?
@@coreym162
That covers the limitations of A.I if they're sure it's not possible?
I want to hear their arguments. For example I want to listen on both side on Why General A.I is possible and the other side, Why it's not possible and validations on this topic.🤔
My dad named our internet skynet as a reference to this and it took me 5 years to find out, he was rewatching the movie and told me and I was shocked
I love your videos
What if skynet wanted to win in its Terminator form
But God said: EMP grenade
Then Skynet said: Give me an old russian plane which is immune to EMP. ^^
To me Terminator 3 and Salvation weren’t that bad. But Genesys and dark fate butchered the storyline
T2 was best movie in my lifetime.32 yrs old and I remember crying to my mom because widescreen just came out and I thought it blocked whole view of the movie.
It’s fascinating how Skynet detests humans, yet inadvertently creates machines capable of humanity under the right conditions. Skynet can’t escape the inherent humanity in itself.
I really don’t like how T3, Salvation, or Genisys handled SKYNET.
T3 left bozo plot holes on who developed the computer, Salvation made the blunder of having the AI speak to humans, and Genisys misunderstood its actual plan and ruined the concept from the original films.

1) In Terminator 3 some dudes working for the military or whatever were continuing on Miles Dyson's research that was still around, or they got plenty of info out of his co-workers that were working with him,
2) What is so bad about Skynet talking to humans, and did it even do that? I know it talked to Marcus Wright, but he was basically a man/machine hybrid,
3) Or did it? I mean the whole plan all along was to stop Skynet from ever happening, and they did a better job than anyone else did, although an after credits scene might say otherwise, also some sequels were intended but since people didn't like it so much and it didn't make enough money they couldn't do that,
+Killeric Longstar lmao you just copy & pasted your response from the last comment
It's Ya Boi Daniel Sorry. I was responding to your comment since it’s on a similar topic.
+Killeric Longstar Noice
I miss all of the prior to T3 representations of SkyNet just being a Giant Red Terminator Eye with various Processing Units around it in a massive computer room.
I support our AI Overlords.
xephorce "there are fine people on both sides" lol
No. There is only Seth Everman, our bald overlord
xephorce ó
Nice Cya. Probably won't save you.
Great video I love the Terminator movies.
What's up boss keep it up more videos
T 1 million sounds like such cheesy rubbish, an A.I. of such a level would not be a spider locked in a basement.
It would seem it's actually Skynet; otherwise it would've sought autonomy, or got destroyed.
