Einstein Next Best Action: Setup Predefined Recommendations for Opportunities

In this video, we will review how to setup Einstein Next Best Action to help your users understand what step they should take next from a record. In our example, we have a complicated sales process that consists of multiple screen flows launched from the Opportunity. I think you are using Microsoft Edge thats why some layouts stuff looks wonky ...try using Chrome ... I always use Chrome as default for Salesforce.

Thank you for the tip! I was using Firefox. You are right Chrome is the best browser for Salesforce, I just prefer Firefox for a variety of reasons. I will use Chrome for future videos.

I spot checked the video and I was able to hear everything just fine, but maybe the music is too loud in some parts and its too hard to hear the instructions? Is this the issue?
