    You can add multiple fields at once from >Fields (Show Fields) hold Shift/Ctrl key, select fields, drag and drop onto columns.

    Really awesome content, appreciate your efforts! Are there ways to limit the usage of list emails. Can you please suggest any tools or system restrictions that we can put in place so that the users don't misuse the feature or accidentally send too many emails to the same set of contacts.

      Thank you for your kind words! You have a great question a lot of companies would love to answer. I am unaware of a way to limit the number of emails sent. You can audit the emails people are sending and then train them on why the email was not ok. We recommend creating email templates for people to use too. You will find they prefer using templates when it helps them be more efficient. In this video: ua-cam.com/video/h6ggOCFqjMY/v-deo.htmlsi=Mu4x7xaIcPDnSPyy we show you how to create email footers that are automatically included in any email sent from Salesforce. This is good for your confidentiality notice. I would also recommend creating email templates with the current user's email signature populated in your company's proper format. You will have to use reports to understand who is sending emails and to how many people, how many times. If you find someone is sending too many you can take away their permissions. I wonder if there is some apex someone could write that could limit this. Would be interesting to look into.

    Can we track the list emails like the HTML Email status report? In list emails i wanted to show data isOpened? Opened date?

      For List Emails, you can only track the opens if you have Sales Engagement or Account Engagement. Here is the link to the API documentation for the ListEmail object: developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.object_reference.meta/object_reference/sforce_api_objects_listemail.htm - go to the TotalOpens field and it says: "Users need the Sales Engagement User permission set or your org must use Account Engagement and users need the CRM User or Sales User permission set." Sales Engagement fka High Velocity Sales is a paid product for Enterprise editions, it has been added to Performance and Unlimited editions as a feature. Account Engagement fka as Pardot is a paid product for all Salesforce editions.
