What's really funny is Chance is the one who will open the beer bottle with his teeth and he played the city dude. That has me chuckling every time I watch this. Thanks! ^_^
@@Kamarovsky_KCM Those so called "range" videos are made up of music videos and live performance recordings. Just because a person hasn't performed a note, that doesn't mean they can't hit it. I've heard him warm up to that range.
Something a bit different for Home Free....check out “Bring Him Home” from Les Miserables. They used to sing this to give Adam a break after his beat box solo. Austin, the high tenor, sings the lead. He has a background in classical & musical theater. He worked very hard to lose his southern Georgia accent, but that went out the window when he joined Home Free. Here is a link to a live performance. ua-cam.com/video/FAarrEj4or8/v-deo.html
Loved your reaction. I always find it astonishing how Home Free can take a popular song and make me love it more than the original. That being said... their originals are unbelievably well written and executed, which as a song writer I think you would appreciate. Catch me if you can is one of the newest..I would love to hear your take on it.
I'm always going to want to dance to this one, and you really get the full effect of Home Free having two bass singers. 😁 As a complete contrast, why not take a look at the song high tenor Austin Brown wrote after he broke up with his long-term girlfriend, Love Me Like That.
This song is absolutely one of the most fun songs they do live!!! Like you said, the groove, the singing, the hip choreography ( you ladies know what I'm talking about), the STOMPING!! It's a real party! :) Thanks for another great reaction! :D
You did another reaction to a version of All about the bass. You really need to do Home Free's version of that song. It's very funny, and the high tenor Austin Brown nails it
Up front from left to right Rob is the big guy with the beard he sings second tinner and falsetto, in the middle is Tim he's singing falsetto right now and he's the Bass, Austin sings first tenor, and also sings falsetto! Now the two in the back starting on the left, the beatboxer is Adam, he's magical. Next is Chris, who looks like Leonardo DiCaprio, he sings second Tenor, also Alto which is mid-range, and Baritone as you just heard!
Thanks, isn't that the greatest!!? Live shows were super fun to watch and the fans really got into the song with them. But you're right, they have a ton of fun together and they sure know how to continually improve on the originals don't they?1 Their arranging is what really makes them so great, well, their talent too of course! But their arranging is always on point and phenomenal. Thanks as always and stay safe, be well!
One thing that make this video funnier is that the "city boy" is in actuality the one who's family home in way out in the stick, down a several mile unpaved road you may need a hatchet for the fallen trees and snakes.
Great reaction! We're about 1 1/2 weeks from Mother's Day, so PLEASE put their cover of "Mom" on your calendar. Thank You!! Make sure you watch after the song ends.
I think this cover is even better then the original! I just watched your new original and it is awesome! You really have a talent! Congrats on your 2k+ subs! Can't wait to see what's next!
Love this song and your reaction, too. Have you ever heard Teddy Swims sing? Talk about not judging a book by its cover... try Teddy sometime if you havent... you will be mind boggled. For Home Free..... one of my faves is their "Country Fried Medley".. and oldie but a goody .
I love these fun, party-like songs! I remember seeing Blake & Tracy’s original first and immediately thinking how perfect it would be for Home Free to cover! It wasn’t long after that they did. I like the original, but Home Free’s rocked! I will be happy to watch your video later. I love your enthusiasm during your reactions! (Somehow I missed the vote for this video.)
Glen Lind, that’s right. He said “Yeah” right on top of the first of those two when everyone else had stopped and it was just Tim digging a hole with that note!
Enjoying your reactions a bunch - I was hoping you could check out "Amazing Grace" with Peter Hollens. Best version of that song I've ever heard, but I'd be interested in your opinion. Thanks

He did it when they were touring, I think it was. It was a brand new shoe but the guys still thought it was gross lol
Their sound --- my gosh ... even after 4.5yrs --- just can't /won't get over it!!!
And they just keep getting better.
@@vickiroman921 ABSOLUTELY!!
I would love to see you react to voice plays cover of daddy sang bass
Oh yeah. Austin can soar around up there with the HIGH sopranos. He's got Mariah and Christina wondering who's out there stealin' their whistle notes.
He sure does have a high range (up to C6) but as far as we know he most likely doesn't have a whistle register.

And Austin came out with a solo version a year later (Feb 2022) film at home with just Sebastien on piano. 10x more stunning and moving.

Country Fried Pop Medley...Butts Medley...Summer in the Country...Good Old Boy Good Time...California Country...So many good ones!
That little Bass riff you liked was done by Chance in this song.

Please react to Home Free's cover of I Can't Outrun You and their original Love Me Like That. Similar themes and both excellent.
To really appreciate Home Free, you need to see them in person. When life opens back up, grab a ticket and hear Tom Foust in person.
Please react to their version of "Thank god I'm a country boy"! It's amazing (of course) and the video is great

I don't think you caught the two low G1 notes at the end, they're pretty epic and they're my favorite part.
Glen Lind, that’s right. He said “Yeah” right on top of the first of those two when everyone else had stopped and it was just Tim digging a hole with that note!
If you ever get a chance to see in person don't hesitate. You well love it.
