On top of spaghetti all covered in cheese, I lost my poor meatball when I had to sneeze. It rolled off of the table and onto the floor and then my poor meatball rolled out of the door.
Those look yummy. I would suggest putting the enchilada sauce under the top tortilla. As soon as you pour a liquid over the tortilla, it's gonna start to get soggy. You may even want to try a thin layer of cheese on the bottom tortilla before adding the hamburger mixture to form a bit of a barrier between the saucy meat and the bottom tortilla. This won't affect the taste of the Mexican pizza, just keep the tortillas crispier.

I do have a question though - you poured the water in the pan, then placed a foil wrapped wire rack across the pan, then place the cover over the pan to steam the pizza. Then you showed when the pizza was finished steaming you removed the cover BUT here is my question: when and why did you remove the foil from the wire rack? Plan on making this for the grandkids 😄

That poor courtesy clerk had to put up with my zingers all day...and with me...a former reactionary improv comic...it got right down impossible to look me in the face without laughing... Not to mention, when they first brought them back, they were in nice stable boxes, but now they've gone back yo those crappy boxes that just smash the top of the pizza. It's salsa not enchilada sauce and the cheese blend is mozzarella, monterrey Jack and cheddar cheese and cheese only goes on the very top not on top of the meat ... also the meat blend is waaaay different

Use La Victoria Enchilada Sauce as the main shortcut...and I personally use the Rosarito jalapeno refried beans... Also use pepper jack cheese...
