    Felix Duchampt in the blue top! Hey Felix! Leo and Pierre so smooth. France has such good triathletes. I was watching Marceau, Vidal, and Hauss for years before. This current French generation is amazing. Leo won IM Oceanside 70.3 in Spring, beating long course specialists.

    Hayden Wilde special, love it. Good luck Leo and Pierre in Paris. Liked this video a lot, good insight and much prefer this length of vlog to the half hour ones.

    The wind must have made this session quite tough. Very interesting with the surges in the middle.

    your speed convertions are one of a kind.
    1st surge 29.1 km/h = 2 min 25 sec / km
    2nd surge 28.7 km/h = 2 min 23 sec / km ?🤔
    but both are just wrong. 2:25 pace is equal to 24. 8 km/h. it's super fast even for a surge, but imagine 1500 m runners are able to sustain this speed over a mile ..

    • @sweatelite
      @sweatelite  10 місяців тому +1

      They aren’t km/hr for the 200m. They are 29.1 and 28.7 for 200m splits. All are correct, you’ve just assumed km/hr which would make it wrong
