The sound of a running group will never get old
when you are French, you understand the « Putin comme j’en chie ! » at the end of the first interval 🥹
Felix Duchampt in the blue top! Hey Felix! Leo and Pierre so smooth. France has such good triathletes. I was watching Marceau, Vidal, and Hauss for years before. This current French generation is amazing. Leo won IM Oceanside 70.3 in Spring, beating long course specialists.
That "Hayden Wild Special" definitely paid off in Sunderland! Unreal job!
Great video. Good to see the rivalry between them and Wilde.
Séance de ouf!! Belle allure les gars. H W n’aura pas la vie facile. 🥵
Hayden Wilde special, love it. Good luck Leo and Pierre in Paris. Liked this video a lot, good insight and much prefer this length of vlog to the half hour ones.
Cet entraînement a payé !
Voir Sunderland !!
Superbe 🤩
Cette séance de qualité. Vous allez cartonné au jo
Very interesting session with the 200 m surges in the middle.
Awesome
3:10 looks so easy
great video matt! they seem to have a good rivalry with hayden wilde. angus should have asked hayden about it haha
The "Hayden Wilde Special“ worked out pretty well today in Sunderland. 😜
When the east is in the house ohhhh my god 🔥🔥🔥🏁😎🌴
Wanna see more of the Ultra trail athlete runners such as Killian jornet,Zach Miller and many more!hope you guys made some videos about them to see their training
And then they go 1-2 at WTCS Sunderland 💪
nice setting where they are
Same here today 😂👍
💪💪💪
Train harder, race easier P1 and P2 for our 2 french guys in Sunderland 👌💪💪
The wind must have made this session quite tough. Very interesting with the surges in the middle.
enfin des francais 🇫🇷🔥🔥
🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷
Léo Bergère, Pierre Le Corre, Félix Duchampt, and who is the fourth one? The Belgium?
Arthur Serrieres
How much rest?
2 minutes
Why do they surge in the middle of 1500? What reason is it?
It’s explained in the video a couple of times
What's the elevation here?
mate it's in the video
1'400
Haha the bloke in pink taking a piss.
Гоу
unfortunately I don't speak spanish but great video anyway
you mean french
can't believe there are people out there not getting such obvious jokes 😆
your speed convertions are one of a kind.
1st surge 29.1 km/h = 2 min 25 sec / km
2nd surge 28.7 km/h = 2 min 23 sec / km ?🤔
but both are just wrong. 2:25 pace is equal to 24. 8 km/h. it's super fast even for a surge, but imagine 1500 m runners are able to sustain this speed over a mile ..
They aren’t km/hr for the 200m. They are 29.1 and 28.7 for 200m splits. All are correct, you’ve just assumed km/hr which would make it wrong
@@sweatelite how dumb of me.. thank you for the answer and keep up the great content!
No worries, thank you 🙏
