It's so cool to see these athletes training, their conversations and how they view training in general. I especially liked when they mentioned that Jimmy was out of shape, but that in 2 weeks, he already looked different. This is what makes the big difference between normal and special athletes. I still thought at the beginning of the video, that Jimmy wouldn't even talk, but then he was very humble and collaborative in the video. Well done Matt! This channel keeps getting better!
Great to see more European athletes! This one looked super hard damn
I felt like I was part of the group when you filmed that rep from behind.
As real as it gets!
Hopefully we could bear that training session 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
That track looks like a dream, I'd love to have somewhere to train like that
The athletes in the background of this video is crazy.
Keely hogdkinson being one. Font gets everyone
Excellent work, as always !
I am french and proud to see Gressier here, thx
Have been looking forward to this one, big time! Quality through the roof as usual
That intro ad spot ought to come with a warning for epileptic seizures, jeesh.
such a cool course
Another great video Matt
Awsome and beautiful!😮
Jimmy is the beeeest! But Mike is very cool! And Valentin does not talk much but... I think we'll see him VERRYYYY SOON.
👏👏👏
This content is just on another level Matt. I’ve never heard of these guys. Now you got me Googling their names!! Looks like a fantastic place to train ❤️
Man you must know so little about athletics
@@luispastor8089 your funny
@@drym3943 sadly he’s not well known in the USA. I’m glad Matt brings attention to these guys
jimmy gressier should be very well known
oh my this course is wild, seems
horrific for videoing 💀🤣
Jimmy Gressier started running at 17.
In his first 10k , he ran 40’. Two months later, he ran 32’30, and a few months later, he ran 32’04.
Really?
I'm curious to know what logic, if any, is behind the order of the reps. Is the effect different from doing it as 3 x 2k followed by 3 x 1k, or 3 sets of 2k/1k?
From my personal experience it's useful to:
-make the session mentally less boring.
-perform better on the longer repeats and in the workout overall (because you are spreading out the hardest bits).
NB that's just my personal experience, not sure if these top athletes do it for the same reasons hahah
👌👌👌👌
Come to Italy
Здравствуйте! Hi ! I wonder what temperature ? 🍂🍂🍂🍂☁️☁️☁️😉
I do love Saysky and I rock their apparel regularly but you went from Soar to saysky rather quickly😅
Both sponsor our videos 💙
Saysky clothes look really cool but their and Soar's products are incredibly overpriced...
@@naiden4497 Agreed, I only buy their stuff on sale
Anyone know what the Nike jacket is ? Green?
ID on that green nike jacket?
Is jimmy running faster or slower than mike?
Do you still get the effects of the shoes running on dirt like that? Aren't they made for road surfaces?
Very little if at all
Where is this place?
It's in Font Romeu, in French Pyrenees, near Spanish boarder. Many athletes train there like Martin Fourcade, Mo Farah, Vincent Luis, Norwegian triathletes etc.
Looking at this video tells me a lot about europeans elites🤦🏿
