Self mastery for "empaths"

Dear Ascension Pioneers!
What does Self mastery for "empaths" mean? Why do we feel like we are absorbing energy that is not ours? A lot of times it's because we unknowingly give so much of our Power away and we are losing precious energy on other people or things that don't really concern us and our Soul path. The energy focus in Self mastery asks us to consider all the aspects of ourselves that are still engaging in this in any sort of way. We can ask them to become apparent as we call them to the surface. New ideas and visions always need proper implementation, which is optimal only when we truly devote all of our Spark to it, and with that we also take care of everything else naturally, without needing to constantly be "here and there", save or rescue something outside of us. Remember that what we wish to save in others are aspects of our own self that believe they need to be rescued instead of feeling limitless and powerful through the "I AM." Self mastery is full acceptance and we cannot except anyone or anything fully before that Self acceptance is born from within us.
Understand your choices in order to know yourself and why You are choosing them, by also knowing there is nothing in the way of You ... it is always between you and You!
