I love these fish! I have 2 by myself. But I have do say that you are keeping two males. The bright one is the dominant male, the more grey one is a subdominant male..:/ hope you didn’t thought that its a pair...

Nice set up! They look happy. As for Aquapros, I do watch some of this videos but I probably wouldn't have noticed him ….actually....I don't pay attention to people around me when I'm out and about. lol
Aquascaping 101 do you know any online website perhaps that sell them? Sadly my local fish stores don’t carry that :/ I tried feeding frozen blood worms cause I heard that work too but nothing so far
Tylor Ho there is some sites. Just search up black Tiger Badis for sale online and some will come up. Dans fish on getgills.com and the wet spot are your best options
the least amount of color possible... there can sometimes be faint striping on females but if there conditioned properly the will be shorter and stubbier in the mid section they also do not have the light blue hue in the dorsal that can be seen on mature males. so buy as many colorless ones you can find.... I just spawned these fish weeks ago after looking for females for a few years.... good luck!
@@grokker99 blood worms can lead to health issues in these fish in particular, I didn't know this either and started them on blood worm, but frozen. I feed brine shrimp now primarily but they may accept frozen brine shrimp and daphnia. live anything is best but can also be difficult to get them to eat anything frozen in the future, and if your constantly having to buy live food and your not culturing things of your own it can be annoying and expensive.

It is usually hard to find female of any dario species. Most of the times the subdominant males look like females.
