    Umbadiyu is a traditional Gujarati dish from western India, particularly popular among the tribal communities of South Gujarat. It is a winter delicacy made using a variety of vegetables, spices, and green garlic, cooked in an earthen pot covered and buried in the ground to slow cook.
    Umbadiyu is served with chutneys, often green garlic chutney, and sometimes with buttermilk or rotis. It's a rustic, hearty, and nutritious dish deeply rooted in Gujarat's culinary heritage.

    250 gm Potatoes

    250 gm Sweet potato
    250 gm papdi
    2-3 piece Green Garlic
    13-13 mild Green chili
    1 Inch ginger
    2-3. Piece Garlic cloves
    1 Fresh Turmeric
    2 tsp Coriander leaves
    salt to taste
    2 tsp Oil
    2 tsp peanut
    1 tbp ajmo

      આને કલહાર નો છોડ કહેવાય છે આ છોડ મુખ્ય જ્યાં ડાંગર વાવતા હોય તે ખેતરની પાળ પર વધુ જોવામાં આવે છે અને કલહાર એક કુદરતી છોડ છે. કલહાર વધુ પડતા દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત માં વધુ થાય છે તમારી પાસે ન હોય તો કેળાના પાન મુકી શકાય.
