    I used to live in Valsad before 10 years I am living in UK now I tried your recipe today and instead of the Indian herbs I tried basil leaves and roasted trust me it was so delicious I ate umbadiyu after 8 years and this recipe reminded my childhood makarsankraanti days.

      @@hetaljoshi1232 follow the same steps which is shown in this video but instead of the clay pot, use pressure cooker with only few drops of the water and cook till 3 whistle. Cooker will be black from the base but taste will be as same as clay pot.

    Nice! My favourite ubadiyu. It is healthy, tasty and nutritious. People even eat ubadiyu as chakna with liquor. Great. Undhiyu recipe was also superb.
