Hi Autumn! I want you to know that you have played a significant role in my health journey. With IF and your hormone-balancing philosophy, I have lost nearly 70 pounds in the past year and a half! Thank you for your work. Since I began losing weight and being healthier, my periods have been completely irregular and I don't feel that my cycle is even fully circling. My health is in perfect condition so this must be hormones! I would love to see some content regarding IF and irregular periods, or just regulating periods and hormones in general. I know as women, we go through distinct hormone cycles in each phase or week of our cycle. I have always wondered what your thoughts would be on all of this! It doesn't matter if youre doing any fad diet like keto, IF, herbivore or omnivore. You need to eat less calories than youre maintenance. 1 lb of fat is approximately equal to 3500 calories. If youre in a 100 calorie deficit for 35 days you lose 1 lb of fat. If you are in 350 calorie deficit for 10 days you lose 1 lb of fat. Counting calories is SO MUCH MORE EASIER AND SIMPLER than any other method. Stop believing in those fad diets. You need to eat less.
Hi Nick! You might not be eating enough in general OR not enough foods that help to stabilize blood glucose levels (ex: fat and protein). I have a video on this in my IF mistakes playlist that I recommend you check out!

Plain greek yougert shuld be unsweetened. Make shure it's full fat, no 'diet' garbage. Just check the label.
