Hi Eleni, considering that you don’t speak at all in your videos and it’s just the audio, can you rather only do videos which have the rest period? Because it’s either one is doing less reps because we need to see what’s next and get form right, or one has to keep rewinding so that we get the full on period, which now is disruptive when it comes to the flow of the workout. So even with this, I’ve even paused to put up this comment and I’ll move on to another video as instead of enjoying and being fully participative, it’s an irritant.
That’s because the workout isn’t sporty, it’s a low impact, graceful workout, so the music is fitting for the movements. She plays more upbeat music in her dance, HIIT style workouts.
