This song is so underrated. Great beat, on-point production, VERY powerful lyrics, a very real message and a catchy chorus. This subgenre is rock/hip-hop is my very favorite. It’s somewhere in between the sound of Twenty One Pilots, Fort Minor, Gym Class Heroes. The ending of the video was a very nice and emotional touch, putting names of fallen legends we’ve recently lost🙏🏼

If I lost almost 20 family and friends within the span of a year, I’m certain I would have had a complete mental breakdown. What should have been one of the happiest years of his life turned out to be a nightmare. Plus, he had been working on an album day and night, was about to release it and was thinking about maybe touring and promoting it when the pandemic hit. Living in NYS it was especially rough because our state was like on total lockdown for around six months. It was almost eerie. When you did go out to get groceries, you might not pass another car for miles. Isolation was also a problem. Combine all of that with so many funerals and the horrible feelings a person would be left with is exactly what Travie went through. Couldn’t even see his family for months because of travel restrictions. Thankfully he had his beautiful fiancé and their fur babies. Damn Trav. I so feel you on the loss.and also starting again with those lost. My baby brother was the baby and only boy/man of us 5 sibs. At 22...he exhaled his last breath in my arms. I screamed & cried trying so hard to save him... He lived with me. Our amazing mother who was his best friend, screaming. They got him back...only to have no brain activity ( I will NEVER call my brother Daniel brain-dead.) We kept him on life support for 5 days...then donated his organs. 4 lives my beautiful brother saved. I was the last to say goodbye. Went out the Icu and would run back ...i didnt want to leave him alone. Ima crazy one about mine. 2am the nurse came and said...go. I will take care of him like he is my own. Assured me to the point drs and other nurses made sure i knew my bro was gonna be ok. I sat in my car for hours outside that hospital. H haz took so many from me and all the others that love them soq much. I was a straight junkie....i never though he would go down the path of destruction he witnessed me go thru when he was a kid. Im 39 and have been clean for 14 years. He hated me on that shit man. Ive always thought he'd never do what I did. Ive always loved you because u real. Rip to the loves lost. Daniel Schnidrig I love and miss u forever my baby bro. To Josh, Teresa, Ryan, Brandon, Dave, Shorty, Jen, David, Jake....and the others rest easy, free of pain. Thank you Travie.
