Yes you should, cause there will always be a risk of contamination when you go open and close it, hence you should always change your solution if you're gonna be using your lenses daily.

When storing, how long can you leave the contacts in the case with the solution for? Do I need to clean regularly if not wearing them all the time?
I would suggest changing the solution once a month if you're not gonna touch them at all.

Better to clean them whenever you put them on
when you first open monthly lenses can you put them on right away? I have some I want to wear from olens but idk...?
