I had sciatica. So painful. But I did this stretch, along with a couple of others before I got out of bed each morning. It worked wonders. I still do the stretches to this day. Not every morning, like I should. But when I feel the need. Thanks for all your wonderful help.

Yes, I know this is very good! I had been doing something similar one foot by the other for years after I had some pain on my left buttock after my bunions surgery! Thank you Dr Mandell.....all your exercises are so Wonderful to help people! ❤😊
