Nah, storm 2 had better bosses by FAR. Storm 4 had best gameplay, instead of just free battle. Storm 2 had good story but 4 was better.

The way you do Jutsu in The Broken Bond was a really nice touch. You felt like you were actually doing the hand signs. If they just added that mechanic to the Ninja Storm Series that would have been amazing.
Naruto ultimate ninja 3 on the ps2 is probably one of my favorite naruto games I had over 90 hours put on it

The Clash of Ninja series is solid af that still holds up well to this day despite being gamecube/Wii games.
Man, for me those are the BEST Naruto games, Storm games don't hold a candle to the gameplay in the Clash of Ninja games. In fact, I just found out a Discord where people are modding Clash Of Ninja 4 rebalancing the entire game. If I'm not mistaken, the launch date for this Mod called Super Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 is 08/08.

I loved Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. It's a pretty fun fighting game.

rise of a ninja was probably the best they have ever produced, the playing style of the story mode makes you feel more immersed in the Naruto Universe, you spend time getting to explore konoha in ways that no ninja storm game will ever allow you to. You get to experience the struggles first hand that sasuke and naruto had to go through when learning to chakra climb. It makes you feel part of the world with features such as flying through the forests the same way they would in the anime, with shxt like having to form seals, you had to learn the seals for each characters jutsus. One did not simply just play rise of a ninja, you were the rising ninja.
One thing rise of a ninja and the broken bond did better than any other game in the Naruto line was having the original music from the show

It was the most breakthrough title of the entire Naruto gaming franchise, tbh. It took what 1 had and gave it everything it didnt have, the ones that followed after it just improved upon those factors. 2 was basically perfect in every way with 3 and 4 being more than worthy successors.
Also I feel I have to bring this up everywhere I go that talks about Naruto games but...one of the most underrated songs I know is actually from Ultimate Ninja 1. The end credits (the title of the song being something along the lines of BGM No. 5 Extras Staff Roll 2) is just so god damn beautiful.

IMHO storm 4 was a disappointment compared to storm 2 and3. There is no challenge in story mode, online is broken,they used screenshots as half of the cutscenes, season pass does not include road to Boruto, many requested characters are not included, Hinata, Neji, Kiba and other Naruto friends have not had new ults since storm 2 and storm 2 ults are short af...sorry for the amount of hate

The storm series made me cry on several occasions. It surpassed the anime in several key action and emotional moments.
One note about Ultimate Ninja 5, it never got a North American release due to time constraints and dubbing issues. Kinda wish I had the European version.

So unfair we didn’t get ultimate ninja 5, it seemed like a masterpiece of a game
I had really hard time finding it even in Europe(in my country),and when i got it i was like every next copy that i see i'll buy so i now have 3 of 'em :)
But i stopped collecting Naruto game for almost 2 years,cause i think this is the definitive experienece.
If youre used to the dub, it can get a bit exhausting to listen to..
Or maybe thats just me not understanding anything.. or something else cause Fusions and Cyber Sleuth never bothered me in the same way...
Got it in release day, it was a great game. But from the PS2 era I liked Ultimate Ninja 3 the most.

I remember playing and loving Naruto Ninja Taisen (Clash of Ninja) 2 and 4 on the Gamecube in my teens. I've spent a lot of time playing it, understood the mechanics, and knew how to make combos with many playable characters. Unfortunately, I forgot most of since I haven't touched it in more than 15 years.

Personally, my favorite has always been the original Ultimate Ninja Storm. With small details like jutsu clashes to the free roam mode and fully animated story, I've always felt that CC2 put most of their effort into producing that game.

Of the ultimate ninja storm series, part 2 was the best. The implementation of the story mode is unparalleled.
Would have loved to the same done with the later entries. The initial story after the timejump, before the world war, was a beauty for me.
Y’all. I remember I played one Naruto game back in 2010 and it was my favorite ever. I haven’t played it since then, but I clicked on this video for the hope of finding out which one it was. (It was a fighting game btw) at that time it was with great graphics and Naruto had a red “beast mode”

I forgot which game , but I like the one where pressing R1 or RT during character selection you could be the ultimate/powered up version of the character you choose straight away

Ultimate Ninja 5 was MY CHILDHOOD i really loved that game, id pay $80 for it to be ported to the nintendo Switch, without even remastering it, like all i need is the vanilla game and i’d be satisfied honestly

Naruto games under Namco Bandai ended up like NFL games under EA. Both had healthy competition, but when the licenses got 100% taken over by their respective pubs, they both just stopped caring.

Naruto ultimate ninja 3 and 5 still remain as my best naruto games, because they fill my childhood moments, and also because when i grew up and be an adult now, the excitement doesn't feel same anymore when i play the newest naruto games..

6:25 Incorrect, the assist system was in the first two games Ultimate Ninja games and the free roam RPG mode was in Ultimate Ninja 3 (granted, it was for an original story, but you get the idea).
Uzumaki chronicles would have been great but they cut lots of stuff from the game and 2 was better anyway

Wow, so NONE of the Ultimate Ninja Heroes games made the "best" side of the list? I'm very surprised, as all three PSP games were quite impressive.
these games were basically the ps2 games but better with a larger roster.

1. The combat isn’t all that fun.
2. From what i remember, there is NO story.
3. It’s a gacha game, but not like Dragon Ball Legends, which is more forgiving (Example: On the weekend, you can get 2 30% chance Sparking (the game’s SR) tickets) while Naruto X Boruto Ninja Voltage isn’t so forgiving.

Ninja storm 4 is too overrated its pretty trash until you reach almost the end of the story then you leave the slideshows and enter some animated cutscenes.
Online is completely horrible unless I'm playing against a friend it's aight but searching for a match online I could make up a plan to rob a bank, then rob the bank, get away hide for a couple years comeback and it would still be searching for a match.
not much combos in the storm games to draw me in as a fighting game the storm games are more 1 player story based and being in sub and no dub I took a pass

Guys i need help, as a kid i played a naruto game that i loved so much, and i want to play it now, but i cannot find it... the game had many characters that u could pick and it had songs "i tried so hard" and "let the bodies hit the floor" it had characters in their kid versions, and there were only shippuden Sasuke and naruto... can someone help me

The Anime That Shits on DBS. It directly tied into the anime, and had exceptional combat and story telling. And while it had objectives, they were optional unless you were going for a 100 percent playthrough. It was amazing, deal with our opinions.

Storm generations is so overlooked by everyone. In my opinion, its the most clean storm game in terms of fighting. Introduced the sub count, still had side tilt combos, introduced combo cancels and had a nice roster. And i liked the story mode that it had. Generations is my favorite naruto game of all time. Chronicles two holds a special place along with un3

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Uzumaki Chronicles was not a bad game. It was a precursor for many of the Naruto games. It was a PS2 greatest hit and it had some pretty impressive graphics. No doubt Naruto Shippuden ultimate ninja storm 4 is the best Naruto game to date, mad respect for that game. I think ultimate ninja 2 should have made the best list comfortably though.
I'd not say it's a "Ps2 greatest hit" since games like San Andreas,Dbz Budokai3, 2 and 1 were wayy beter

There is one huge thing that annoyed horribly in ultimate Ninja storm 4. It's that the cutscenes were mostly pictures with voices and occasionally the animation of aura, rubble or leaves

I used to have a PlayStation 2 as a kid and only had about 3 to 5 games and one of them is naruto:uzumaki chronicles which I at the time had no idea how to play and since I never have a memory stick, I would always be confused about why my game dose not save. The other games where devil may cry, some kind of military strategy game and a racing game and probably a GTA game. I don't know why I like the game but I wish I would have more time to play the game and I would probably will get an emulator to play the game again and complete it and see if I like it after all these years.
Damn, Clash of Ninja was my jam back in the day. One of three games I'd totally buy a GameCube for again (for those wondering, the other 2 are Mario Kart Double Dash and SSB:Melee).
It was so neat that Kakashi (the best written character in the naruto franchise) actually could copy enemy ultimates in the sharingan form.. Newer titles could really learn from it. Make the copy ninja copy again!
