Trade shows are a great way to meet and chat to customers. You can often find lots of new customers that have never used wax melts before and by having a chat, explaining and demonstrating the products you can have a customer for life :)

Hi Paul all of your videos have been so helpful, I run my own business called Canny Scents and follow you on Instagram, so many videos on UA-cam that confuse you but you have made it easy with your steps, I think it would be fantastic if you made a video for Facebook ads as I find it hard to narrow down and find the right audience, I find it difficult that you can't type in hobbies like Wax Melts, Bath Bombs etc always seems difficult.. your tips would be amazing.. thankyou for posting these videos🙂
Paul great video. Is it possible for you to do a video that talks about how you handled shipping your products and getting the best price without killing the sale in the very early days also how you marketed very early on and the struggles you overcame as a small business when cosy aromas began. Also if possible could you cover any points on how you became a registered business at the beginning i.e did you just set up as sole trader for tax purposes and at what point can the company start claiming tax back. I think this will make a great video and help alot of people out who are wondering the same thing. Cheers
