..and Yet the 'average' delusional "try hard wannabe" will invest hundred of dollars just to look like they came from the land of Kipchoge fruit. Ironically getting passed by some other runner who runs wearing a cotton t shirt , cotton training shorts and "clearance" sale running shoes. REAL WORLD.
@@jt.8144 hey, maybe ppl just needs some motivation, some ppl want to invest in their gear to get going... what matters is they keep running... even if they slow AF, atleast they're moving..
For the average runner the wear and tear usually comes from tiredness. All my trainers start to wear at the heel although i don't think i am a heel striker, its just pure tiredness. Seems to be less protection at the back so these would have to be a race only trainer. If I can get my hands on them.....
I'm that runner who can't run at all in the AF1 and AF2 due to the prominent arch. Can you imagine how happy I am that I finally can use the AF3...just waiting to take them out for a Half race this weekend. Tq for the review, love it
Nice review. Just one little quibble...you say good for a variety of paces from marathon to 5k...but you don't actually mention what those paces are for you. Your marathon pace could be 5k pace for someone else....therefore their marathon pace will be much much slower than yours. So does your "good for marathon pace" still hold up for that person?
umm...does he? I rewatched and I didn't catch anywhere him saying what his actual paces were that he ran...apart from saying "marathon pace" and "5k pace". I'm 100% sure my 5k pace is slower than his marathon pace......@@bh4560
Apologies! I mentioned it briefly in the video but not in any great length. For me when i talk about 'cruisy' paces its that 6 minute mile / 3:45/km type speed and 5k/10k pace is roughly 3:20/km. Hope that helps but honestly I think the AF3 will feel great at whatever your respective race paces are!
Is white the only colour they will be available ? I got the AF 2 in bright pink and I like my bright colours I do hope they do bring out bright colours in AF3
Do you know which Nike store type will carry them? I live in so cal and while I know the Nike discount outlet stores won’t carry them, there’s like 2 other Nike store types around. Like the Nike “collective” stores. I wanted to get a pair on January 4th but I don’t know which store type to go to 😂
Great review brothA! I have flat feet myself and did a half size up on the Saucony Endorphin Pro 3 to accommodate my forefoot. Should I do the same for the AlphaFly?
They were sold out in seconds can’t get hold of a pair the day when the AF 3 came out. Now I been told got to wait until April 4th when another colour will be released
the problem with previous alphafly, I had the 1st one, was not a prominent arch. Its the lack of a full arch support. the alphafly's arch was so narrow, only half of my arch was on it.
The Alphafly has always looked and sounded ridiculous. It screams I’m doing my best to cheat to run faster. If I could cheat even more I would. The sound is humiliating…
Legend has it these aren't made, they are grown in Kenya on the Kipchoge tree like a fruit.

The Kip Tree*

Time to replace my version 1 in my marathons next year.
How’s the fit on these for slightly wide feet? Do I go TTS or half size up?
Need an answer for this question 😢

The 'Proto' launch will be the first drop 04.01 in limited quantities but furhter colour ways are due to release in the next couple of months!
I already saw an image of a bright green w/blue colorway
@@levandmarthapolyakin-aaron2183 me also they said it will be available 4/4/24 let’s see if they make enough to go round for everyone to buy
Nice review, love the color combination of this, waiting for 4th Jan to book the best Super Shoe till date from Nike.

They are sold out already online and in most stores😅
@@rasmuspaludan1653 Yes right...The most awaited shoe in the market in recent times.
i went half size up and they fit absolutely perfect. i feel like true to size would be borderline painful
Got a real kick out of this one Tom!
Your love for the shoe is unmatched….lol
But where can I get a hoodie like you’re wearing??
I'll be running sub 3 in these in Chicago 2024!!!!!!!
Shhhhhhh.. lets keep this a secret till i get a pair! 😂
Can you use these as walking shoes?

These were true to size for me!
Like you, I went up .5 size on the Endorphin Pro3, but these fit me perfectly in my usual size.

Hey buddy, what running trousers do you have on in the vid? Are they available at Pro Direct?
reminds me of cars in jetsons cartoon
Return of the King.
do you recommend going true to size or half size up ?
Bro send me these.... Huge fan but broke🙃
How many miles can you put on these Alphaflys before replacement?
Plzz give me gift brother ❣️💗
heard the arch is pretty horible....
Is your size the same with the alphafly 2 and the 3?
Alpha fly 3 u got true to size ?
Can't wait to get these. Nice matching Shyu socks to being worn here. Best running socks. Nice review.
Order link send plez
Nice review.
that hoodie is NICE
I'm so hyped for this shoe!
Take my money already
I’m going to get a pair
🤮
Look forward to seeing them in different colour ways Nike has some great colours to choose from.

Great insight. The better overall fit of the Alphafly 3 should definitely go some way to helping with that.
Terrible looking shoe.
It looks great boomer
Hi. Which one is more stable, alphafly 2 or 3? More for a tall and heavy runner. Thanks
The 3 is, it even has a wider plate then previous versions.
I am 6 feet, 200 lbs for me AF2 hands down. AF2 feels like an extension on my feet. AF3 is very comfortable almost too comfortable.
The people demand a sock ID!
Shyu socks but they’re only Australia
@@nickp9991 looks like they ship internationally ($14 shipping to US)!

Full review. Paid for by Nike like the rest of them. Oh no, sorry. Not paid for, but we did get the shoes for free. Same old Alpha (and I have some)
