These look amazing! Glad they filled that empty space between the heel and the air units. The question now is whether or not nike will release an Air Zoom Tempo 2 👀
I heard that they won't- either the line is dead or on pause. They will restart the peg turbo more of the original dna than the recycled n3. Streak fly also getting a step up
@@rendy5092 hehe I got 4 pairs .. it's really my favorite shoe and I got way too many .. its like the Alphafly v1 but a bit more nimble and a more comfortable fit for me

The heel rubber strips need to cover more area. The heel/ mid foot Zoom X foam is going to get shredded in no time. When charging that much for a shoe, that matters. As for the upper, Vaporweave was still the best (from the original Next% Vaporfly)
@@palmyarmyswimDo I detect some irony here or are you really that gullible? The sole purpose is mass appeal. This is a shoe they want to sell to the masses. The spoiler is not even in an area where it'd do anything for stability. I also still don't think top athletes would need an 8mm drop. Everything returns energy, just not all of it. It’s a buzzword that is often misunderstood. In testing, these newer cushioning technologies rebound 80-90% of the mechanical energy put into them during a stride. Older foams were lucky if they gave 60-70% return. The point is, you’re always losing energy from stride to stride, but a higher “energy return” reduces the amount of energy lost to the environment in the form of heat.
@@benanastasoff8980 fair, You explained energy return. Now explain how a shoe is going to return 80-90% energy and cushion your landing steps at the same time?
@@Hengel_Andrews the return of energy is because of the midsole compressibility. As the foam compresses under a footstrike, it cushions the impact. As you push off of the ground, the foam will expand into its original shape. The expansion is the “return” of energy. It’s similar to how a spring works.
@@Hengel_Andrews if my previous explanation hasn’t clicked with you, I don’t think there’s anything I can say to help you understand. It’s a fairly straightforward concept. Compression on the foam spreads the application of force over a wider frame of time; hence, a cushioning effect. Given space to expand, the foam will rebound which causes the “spring effect” I mentioned. No, it is not a spring, it just behaves like one when energy is stored in the form of elastic potential. If you don’t get that, go learn some physics and thermodynamics out of a book or something.

Properly stability, they wouldn't have it unless it was for a purpose being their top tier racer
