Yeah I have a 75 cb750 that I put the Supersport 4 to 1 header on, short 35 degree mid pipe, and a shortened yoshimura muffler. Was the BEST sounding Cafe racer I've ever heard
They sound great but sadly isn't an ideal design for a high performance motorcycle. Due to being wider, heavier & more parts. I'd love to take one of these engines, add twin turbos, ported, higher compression E85 for about 200hp in a small lightweight 1800lb roadster car.

That's also the reason why most new motorcycles nowadays come with 2 cylinders because the emissions that 4 cylinders makes can't pass Euro 6 regulations.
@@alejandrolaballeja8731 The 6 cylinders do not give it more speed than others, in fact there are much faster ones with 4 cylinders and similar cubic capacity, but this Honda handles a compression and exhaust so well synchronized that its sound is a symphony with its explosions, apart from the torque and the great agility of exit and the rapid capacity of revolutionary recovery! I can say it from my own experience and from my own and real comparison, for example, with the Kawasaki Z1300, also with 6 cylinders, but the Honda has something special that catches you! Greetings

Because they have smaller and more efficient engine. You have those old bulky engines for the sound, that's it. They don't make those new engines last as long as the old one but it is honda it will still lasts more than 40-50 years if you take care of it and change oil regularly.

Llegaron en tres colores que yo recuerde rojas , grises y negras una maquina inigualable tambien llegaron las Kawasaki 6 cil pero estas eran refrigeradas por liquido y con transmisión cardanica otra,de las motos minusvaloradas de la historia eran dos grandes maquinas de la epoca pero en mi pais honda copaba el mercado sin dudas en esas épocas.
Je suis français , j'ai possédé de le modèle 1981, couleur noire et de fabrication usa...Mon meilleur souvenir de moto et pourtant je suis en Lozère massif central .Elle ne frottait jamais en courbes contrairement à la" 4 pattes ". La sonorité sur la moto et pour l'environnement était beaucoup plus mélodique avec les pots d'origines ! Super moto . Je n'aurais jamais dû la vendre .

I had a '90 CBR1000F that I loved riding, fast yet comfortable.

I raced one of those on my '83 V65. Although it's a very cool bike, they weren't that fast.
Loved mine thought it was fast until a caprice with an LT1 in it smoked me
