🇬🇧Easy and quick Chocolate Mousse with only 2 ingredients.

For 1 portion
50 g dark (or milk) chocolate
25 g double cream
1/3 cup (80 ml) double cream
Instructions
Chop the chocolate into smaller chunks.
In a bowl, add the chocolate and 25 g of double cream. Put the bowl on a water bath (pot with boiling water) and melt the chocolate. Leave to cool.
In another bowl whisk the remaining 80 ml double cream to soft peaks. While whisking add the chocolate mixture and whisk everything until creamy texture.
Fill the glass with the mousse, decorate with the chocolate shavings. You can pop the mousse in the fridge for a few hours or eat straight away.

Ingredientai
1 porcijai
50 g juodo (arba pieniško) šokolado
25 g grietinėlės
1/3 puodelio (80 ml) grietinėlės
Gaminimo eiga
Šokoladą susmulkinkite.
Į dubenį dėkite šokoladą ir 25 g grietinėlės. Dubenį statykite ant vandens vonelės (puodo su verdančiu vandeniu) ir ištirpikite šokoladą. Nukelkite ir atvėsinkite.
Kitame dubenyje lengvai išplakite 80 ml grietinėlės. Toliau plakdami per kelis kartus sudėkite šokolado mišinį. Plakite, kol viskas susimaišys ir masė taps kreminė.
Sudėkite į stiklinę, puoškite tarkuotu šokoladu.
Galite dėti į šaldytuvą kelioms valandoms arba valgyti iš karto.
