Coffee mousse: easy and ready in just a few minutes!

- INGREDIENTS
100g (3/4 cup) of ice
20g (2 tbsp) of instant coffee
80g (1/2 cup) of sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
Cocoa powder
METHOD
1. Add the ice, instant coffee, sugar, and milk to the food processor and mix until become nice and fluffy.
2. Serve coffee mousse in glasses and decorate with cocoa powder.

It’s based on dalgona coffee. It will whip up and hold its shape. This is a very simple type of mousse. And it does work.
I just tried this (with some minor variations) and it was delicious!!! I even imagined it was not going to work but it did!!! I used brown sugar instead and the instant coffee had some chocolate in it. I loved it!!!
Did not work, I followed the recipe and mine didn’t even thicken at all. The food precursor ran for a long time. But thank you anyways.
