I will have to admit it looks pretty solid! Hopefully our tent will show up on a video like this. As far as we know, we are the only tent on Amazon that weighs less than 3 lbs, is freestanding, and only costs $99. All other freestanding tents either cost more, or are heavier than 3lbs. See you on the trails!
What's the actual size of the tent? Is it really is the 210 cm that Naturehike claims? Earlier models have not been more than about 200 cm in reality. For a tall guy like me, those 10 cm makes a big difference. 😊
I haven't used the star river 2 so I can't speak for its qualities but this mongar 2 has been a strong tent. Handled rain storms and strong winds. Light snow yes but I wouldn't take it into a heavy snow environment
I have this tent for awhile but I have issues when it rains hard. The 4 corners get some splashes of rain. But overall great tent. If anyone has idea how to remedy the issue let me know.
I'm liking the fact that it comes with its own footprint.
Nice bro.
Yep all the naturehike tents come with a footprint. The top side of mine was dry the morning after all this rain. 😁
Nearly every review of this tent I’ve seen on YT has the cross pole at the top incorrectly placed under the main pole - it’s meant to be set on top.
Nice review and great music, nice to have some length to the tent rather than sleeping on an angle
Cheers bro. Way better than the tunnel tent to sleep in. I'll be using it alot 👍
Wow! !!!!! Informative! !!!!! ⛺ 🤗👍🏽👍🏽. Great review 🙌🏽

See how this tent performed in heavy RAIN !!!!! Test Night video on my channel
The cross pole is upside down. The cross pole needs to be twisted so that it is on top of the center pole, not under.
Good sized vestibules, solid review.
Thanks Dave
That's not a bad setup that bugger hopefully it comes in a slightly bigger size maybe a 3man? Great review mate 👍chur
Yea 3 man available bro. Great tent. You'll enjoy Sundays video 👍

Mongar 2 vs Star river 2
which is better?
the mongar 2 resists snow and strong winds.?

May I know how tall are you for reference before buying 😂 I hope you don’t mind me asking.
I’m curious how this would do In upstate New York In the autumn season. That’s a lot of mesh. How does it handle 32F-50F? (0c-10c)
ive been in it in -2c here in new Zealand. Never had it in snow but lots of people have snow reviews for it

Is the water splashing on the inside or outside of tent?
