Thanks for sharing! I have a 2019 Model 3 LR RWD, and am considering the upgrade to HW 3 as well. I can’t seem to find content sharing what the visualizations will look like on the UI screen. Does your upgrade look just like what a modern 2024 looks like? Can you expand the driving visuals to fill the whole screen? Appreciate you sharing!

Thanks for the comment! As far as I can tell, the visualizations look almost identical to HW 4, minus the High Fidelity Park Assist that's only on HW 4 vehicles. But the FSD visuals can be expanded to fill the whole screen as well

First of All Thanks for the video. I am looking to do this with my model 3 as well. I have a question. If you get the upgrade and don't get FSD do you still get the visualization of the stop lights?? I don't know if they said anything to you or if you let you subscription laps.

Right after I got the AutoPilot computer upgraded, I had all of the new visualizations, even before subscribing to FSD

If you have FSD, you get access to the FSD visualizations, if you don't have FSD, the visualizations option disappears from the Autopilot menu. I have the 2024 MY.

When you upgraded from MCU 2.5 to 3.0 and have FSD software installed, do you lose the Radar and Ultrasonic features for parking?

Thankfully, no! Ultrasonic is still fully functional!
