This is a TOTAL CARIBBEAN MEAL!!! I’m Haitian and let me tell you that boiled plantain on the side put the stamp on this, lol! I think every Caribbean island can attest to this meal. Rice, beans, stewed chicken, plantain and salad! WOW!!! 😊😋😋😋😋

Sure! 1 tbsp + 1 tsp of curry + 1 tsp of turmeric + 1/2 tsp of roasted geera + 1/2 tsp of black amchar massala
