😮😮😮😮😢 u forgot a major part !! Atfer u place chicken in pot with currry paste , u are supposed to let the chicken fry and release its own liquid for about 15-20 mins 😮 u dont just add water like that😢 that way u build the flavor before adding water

No no no a real trini lets the curry fry more. We don't water down our curry that chicken got to cook well in that curry before adding a small amount of water.🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
