kristen c yes that is true, unless they searched the cabin before his body started to decompose, but I would also think they’d check the chimney if they saw his clothes there. I agree with you.
This actually makes me think of the Kendrick Johnson case, I always had the feeling that maybe a group of young guys might find it funny to put someone in a space, like a chimney or in a rolled up gym mat as an immature prank, find it even funnier to walk away and leave them there and just assume that they’ll eventually get out, but they don’t. And because it was probably a group of guys they feel diminished responsibility because it was no one person who did it.

honestly wished that bella would become a crime investigator lol. like honestly it was so frustrating that the police did nothing in this case. absolutely love the way you tell the story as well!
I mean we honestly have no idea what the police did. This story is put together from Reddit post and old articles. Bella did great with it but we only got the side from the family and friends. No official statements or unofficial statements from the police. Honestly we have no idea what goes into an investigation. I will point out I have heard that the coroner has publicly stated after more evidence was found that it was a suspicious death not a natural one.
That’s what’s so frustrating to me, why join the missing person or murder department if you’re not going to solve someone’s murder or try to find them? If they’re going to be so lazy, then they should just direct traffic
I fell into a rabbit hole on Reddit a while ago and remember reading that comment from Joshua’s friend. He had stated that when Andy was arrested for the murder of the disabled man, he also told police that he had murdered a woman and sealed her body into a barrel. Sure enough, they followed his directions and found a female body sealed in a barrel. Later (to a friend/acquaintance, not authorities) when asked about Joshua, he apparently replied with “oh, I stuffed him into a hole,” or something to those regards. That’s when the OP and his friends started telling the police that they really needed to look into Andy.
Yeah! I've watched another video on this case and they think Andy sexually assaulted Josh and then killed him and stuffed his body in the chimney. This case infuriates me to no end.
someone who is not a suspect: *literally confesses to the crime and gives detail and has previous charges* the police lets them go or doesnt even investigate someone who is a suspect: *theres very little or no evidence linking them to the crime and has no prevoius charges* THEY GET CHARGED FOR THE CRIME WHY
Saying he snuck in through the chimney is weird to me because if the cabin is abandoned, it would be easier to go through a door or window. Even if it isn't abandoned, why would someone climb ONTO the roof and pry off metal only to fall down the chimney and hurt themselves?
What a weird and creepy case! As soon as you said chimney I was like oh boy, someone stuffed him in there. Isn't that almost a cliche? Or maybe I've just heard about it before. There's no way he was trying to break in that way, wouldn't there be a ton of other easier ways to break into an old cabin than the CHIMNEY?? Such a beautiful cabin though, so sad it was never taken care of. Josh looks so friendly and familiar, almost like there's a Disney channel movie character based on him. Your makeup looks gorgeous here. Thanks for covering this case! Justice for Josh!
Miss Nicole Arie honestly teachers do not have enough time to teach what they need to. I would shut down the topic just because it is irrelevant to class material and would take up way to much time to discuss plus too many high school students wouldn’t be able to get back on task afterwards
I love when victims are given a personality. Makes us feel even more empathy for the parents and friends who are in pain. I hope more victims get this treatment
I don't speak for everyone else but I know I don't call myself a victim. Its actually a very big part of my life to live the opposite of being a victim. And I don't think anyone who has survived something traumatic likes to be called victim. Usually survivor or something along those lines. Just letting you know!
@@ashleyprescott3706 why should someone who died be called a survivor? I know what you're talking about in regards to people that are still alive but unfortunately Joshua (in this case) did not survive.
By his pictures, he seems like a really nice boy. I hope he gets justice soon. ❤️ Doesn't seem like an accident, if it's an abandoned cabin it would be SO much easier to get in through the door or a window. There's no way he could just have gotten stuck in a chimney that is hardly accessible because of the thingy on top. NAKED.
I really feel for this kid. I lost my brother as well, I completely understand the impact it has on you. I am a lot like he was, I used to be the funny loud kid and now I’m the quiet one, I feel a real connection with him. Rest easy buddy, you’re with your brother now ❤️
I'm so sorry for your loss.. you have someone looking down on you & I'm sure they're very proud of the person you've become. Sending you love wherever you are.
Please do the Sierra Lamar !!! She went missing in Morgan Hill CA at age 15 & she’s been missing for 5 years ... she hasn’t been found since then... please please do this Case
Periodic dressing and undressing is actually a symptom of hyperthermia when somebody is about to die, it's why those mountain climbers were found naked. It still doesn't make sense how he got stuck in the chimney though.
It's really strange, indeed. a lot of loose ends with this terribly tragedy. btw please don't think I'm being rude in any way or be _"that guy"_ but it's "paradoxical undressing"
The coroner is clearly an idiot. I don’t understand how you have all of this evidence proving there’s no way it could’ve been an accident yet he still ruled it as that. And it frustrates me that the police didn’t further investigate or question Andy. Sometimes it feels like they don’t do they’re job as properly as they should be.
Molly Adames Right?? I mean, if you're not sure, just say it's unclear/unknown, like, he had that option! It's not a game, if you're not sure, you can't just guess and write down whatever like wtf.
exactly!! what i don't get is why didn't they question Andy?? and how Andy got cleared from all his charges over the years? like he admitted killing two people!
Actually, the coroner is only doing his job! As a coroner you ONLY look at physical evidence that the body gives you. By only looking at the body he concluded that it was an accidental death. Other evidence makes that statement questionable but thats the job of the detective/police!
Still hurts, my God I went to Mexico City this past summer and it is amazing how easily they can forget about the families and these students, there was only one tent left which had the pictures of the students, it HURTS so bad!!! Especially because I’m Mexican and I know that citizens’ words are worth nothing.
Hannah Elliot 43 teaching students from Mexico were on their way to one of their protest when they went missing. There’s a lot of speculation that the Mexican government covered it up
No kidding it makes you wonder if maybe police should not be the ones collecting evidence at crime scenes as they seem to mess this up quite a bit... maybe forensic investigators should be the people right off the bat that look at any scene where any sort of violence ha occurred
Yall forget that there is a LOT that goes into investigations that the public doesn’t see or understand. The police cannot investigate a person simply because someone tells them too, there has to be evidence!! A lot of time and money is involved in these types of investigations and they have to use it wisely. Also in this case the body and the “crime scene” were destroyed so quickly after the coroner came back that no further investigating even could have been done!
Right. It needs to be a law where it doesn’t matter if the missing person is 5 or 25. Anyone can go missing. And if someone’s own parents get a feeling that something is wrong.. then something is wrong.
Often police have information they simply can’t disclose to the public for whatever reason. It’s not as simple as I think this happened so the police need to find evidence for it- it often isn’t there or isn’t strong enough. The police get the blame for a lot of crap that a lot of the time isn’t there fault
The disappearance of Amy Fitzpatrick!! It’s a very popular case in Ireland and her parents are trying to get the case reopened . Today marks 10 years and to spread information on this would be absolutely appreciated Bella !
I was not expecting so many people to agree with this ! Please Bella if would be utterly amazing if you could spread information about this case and inform many many people as I feel this is one of the best platforms to do so !
ghost_of_the_navigator 666 can’t believe it’s been 10 years ! I remember going to Spain around 7/8 years ago and seeing the missing person flyers all over the towns ! I really hope the family gets closure and justice for Amy
Sorcha yes oh my god please Bella! I remember so clearly when this happened, it would be great if she could look into it so we could spread awareness again!!
Such a sad case. Don't see how this could be an accident and it's upsetting how the police didn't even consider Andy as a possible suspect. In my head, if Andy is involved, maybe they snuck into the cabin in whatever way for whatever reason and Andy somehow forced josh to remove his clothes (assault?) and maybe while Andy was distracted or by fighting back, Josh tried escaping through the chimney without realizing it's blocked from the top and as soon as Andy realized this, he pushed the couch in front of the chimney so that josh was stuck there and left to die
This is what I thought too. I don't know if it was Andy or just a random person but assault can explain why he was only naked on the bottom half and how he wanted to escape
Not possible because he was found in a fetus postition and his knees were above his head which means he couldn't have gone up the chimney. He went down the chimney from the outside.
I'd be willing to bet that guy Andy stuffed Josh into the chimney. And then after he did that he installed the rebar onto the top of the chimney. Could you imagine being stuffed into a chimney and you're alive and can't move and there's this guy installing this rebar on top of you. Basically entombing you while you're alive. Unbelievable, what an absolute horrible way to die.
Lyle Benzo 'beautiful' is a compliment that brings up people's self-esteem and makes them feel happy, ugly does nothing but make people feel horrible and insecure about themselves. your comment added nothing valuable to the video and is nothing but nasty. Bella is gorgeous and if she's happy with her boyfriend, it's nobodys business but hers
I just want to say, I really love how you went into what kind of person Joshua was before you got into the disappearance. It was done very tastefully and I think your fabulous!
Please do the Skelton Brothers- three Michigan brothers went missing and their father claims he gave them to an “organization”. Still missing to this day but new developments may have found them in Montana.
The case of Susan Powell is so frustrating. She was a mother of two sons and her husband clearly killed her but was never charged he only lost custody of the kids. Years later when the two kids had a supervised visit with their father, the father blew up the house killing them all. Now that he is dead justice can't be served and Susan's body has never been found but in the years after Susan's disappearance although clear that her husband had murdered her, he was never arrested
Andy and him could have snuck into the cabin to explore, and Andy either made him undress and assaulted him or made him undress so he would be cold. Then josh could have tried to escape through the chimney, or been forced in, explaining the bar that would trap josh inside.
That's what I was thinking maybe this Andy dude robbed him and forced him into the chimney after assaulting him and like you said BC josh was cold he went into the fetal position then the Andy dude barricaded the chimney to keep him in there so pretty much Andy forced josh to hide his own body is my theory
yh and I was also thinking that maybe josh couldn't go all the way in the chimney so Andy pushed his legs up to hide him and maybe that's why he was found in a fetal position
Here are just my thoughts: 1. Most of the time when people are dying from hypothermia they take off their clothes because their minds “trick them” into believing that it’s super hot..... 2. If that chuck guy kept up with the cabin like he said he did, wouldn’t he notice joshs clothes that were in there?.....like how do you notice random ass clothes...... 3. And I feel like most people would search for a smell....especially if it smelt like a decaying animal 4. Theory: chuck could’ve possibly found josh in his cabin, murdered him, and stuck him in the chimney then put the little furniture thingy in it..........or josh could’ve broken into the cabin, thinking that it was abandoned, but got scared and hid in the chimney when someone walked into the front door (chuck) 5. And if chuck did kill josh I feel like it would be easy for someone (chuck) to just randomly stumble upon a body when there was a bunch of evidence that wasn’t able to come to light. Like someone could’ve beaten josh or assaulted him. 6. I feel like Andy was just really high....I don’t think he has anything to do with joshs death 7. And those people who said they supposedly heard Andy saying that he killed josh.....didn’t speak up until joshs body was found and when they found out that josh already had a previous record...........like if someone said that they murdered someone I feel like you would call the cops right away.....not wait till a body way found Anyways what do I know, I’m probably completely wrong
Why would Chuck kill the kid on the first place? For breaking into his place? He would of just called the cops. Beyond that if he did kill him he would have never had that place demolished. Or he would have removed the body himself, he wouldn't of let someone find it. Beyond That, I think it's much more plausible that the known killer probably murdered Josh. He hung out with Josh and was a murderer. Seems likely to me. Not to mention he said himself he stuffer him into a hole.
@@doubleboy2388 true the killer would've stuff Josh but I don't think the killer can carry Josh and put him in specific manner UNLESS the killer had help and cough* its sus how fast chuck want the place demolished considering that it's a crime scene so...
Asharaff Nur Chuck was demolishing it before Josh was found, the only reason they realized Josh was in the chimney was while the place was being demolished. Plus, Chuck doesn’t have a real motive. Why would he leave Josh on his property, anyways, since it would connect Josh to him?
@@samcrane7084 lmao, you're going back on a loop, ik that the body was found while demolishing but shouldn't it be stopped considering what the crime scene could hold from inside?
I think it would be cool if you went through all of the cases you did and see if any info has been added/been solved. Not sure if this would be good or not ❤️
The police just don't do their jobs sometimes, my uncle was killed/murdered a few years ago on his farm in QLD but the death was marked as suicide even though he was stuffed inside 3 sleeping bags each locked from the outside :( even the door to the shed he was placed into was locked from outside. We tried everything to get the police to look into it but nothing worked and still to this day have no information!
Actually right before you die of hypothermia you feel like you’re burning up so that could explain why his clothes were off. But everything else doesn’t make sense
I watched this an exact year ago. I remember coming back to this video frequently to see if any questions have been answered because I honestly feel as though there was more to that than a possibility of it being a freak accident. I still think about this to this day. He seemed so sweet. Rest in peace, Josh.
You should do a video on the Skelton brothers. Andrew, Alexander & Tanner Skelton from Morenci, Michigan went missing in 2010 during the Thanksgiving holiday. They were 9, 7 and 5. There were recently some remains found in Montana that people think could be the boys. I think it could make for an interesting video.
I am SO hype that I've just found your channel!! I'm studying criminology & psychology so I absolutely LOVE these type of stories and I've never seen a girl around my age make videos about them!
BELLA! Please cover the case of April Tinsley from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her disappearance/murder was in the 1980s and there is a ton of creepy information in it. Please cover it, and help spread awareness to her case. Happy New Year!
What confuses me too is the fact that the guy who owned the cabin never saw the clothes in when he visited the cabin. Surely you'd notice some random clothes? So sad for his family losing their two sons.
IdontknowHannah I guess it really depends on how quickly he looked around just to check nothing was wrong and where the clothes were placed, I doubt he would have gone through every single room when they knew it was abandoned and had no signs of living the places he checked first
IdontknowHannah if you don't go into the cabin a lot then maybe he didn't realise I mean there could have been clothes already there so he just thought it was the same stuff
IdontknowHannah Didnt she say that since it was abandoned, kids would go have parties there and what not? If so, maybe he just thought it was clothes left after one of those parties.
As I listened to the case, it reminded me about a similar case in Colorado! I'm from Colorado but moved in 2010, and several of my friends posted about this missing teen in 2011. I searched for almost an hour to find the name; his name was Keith Cohu. There isn't much specifics about the case when you search it, but the story line is so similar, I hope you can read about it!
12:50 in some cases of hypothermia people have been known to take their clothes off, if that's what bella meant. How his clothes got where they were is a whole other issue
I wonder if he was inside the house when the owner or someone else came, and hid in the chimney. Then whoever he was hiding from moved the bar, trapping him up there, either on accident, or purposefully.
Wait but how did the owner of the cabin not see Joshua’s clothes until they found his body? If Joshua’s clothes were in the cabin then why didn’t the owner notice them sooner?
Bella Davel they could of been hidden in a wall or in the back of a closet since nothing was found till they started demolishing the house including joshs body
thats so true!!!!!! they were probably stuffed in a cabinet or something and were only found when they began taking everything out in preparation for demolishing it. the cabin hadn't been used in a while so no one was really there much
as bella said, since the cabin was abandoned and used for illegal gambling and parties it probably wasn’t out of the ordinary if there was some clothing lying around, but that’s just a thought
So horrible to lose one child to suicide and then another one to a death like that. Just horrible. It just doesn't make any sense what happened to him and hopefully one day will be able to know the truth of what actually happened to Josh.
If he went into the chimney wouldn’t he have had head damage or a concussion his head would have probably cracked open. I know three people who have cracked their heads open. It didn’t take much.
I’d like to think that josh and and Andy, had broken into this supposedly abandoned cabin, and Andy was plotting his death. Removed his clothes, and shoved him up the chimney possibly because he was mentally sick . He used something to cover the chimney so no one would find it, however I don’t know if there was any signs of forced entry..
Emma Graham since it was abandoned maybe it wasn't locked? I've been into a lot of abandoned houses just to check them out and 95% of the time they aren't ever locked, even if the door was locked maybe a window wasn't !
Emma Graham but I do think that theory sounds like it could've happened, if it wasn't andy then someone else because there's no way he did that to himself
If the guy occasionally checked the cabin and all that he thought was wrong was the smell and Josh's clothes were in the cabin how did this guy not see the clothes when he visited? I think he murdered Josh
Evangeline Budd maybe they'd had people trespassing and staying in the house in the past if they were homeless and left things there or something if it was abandoned, so I personally suspect maybe the house was just a mess cause of the way it had been left
I live in colorado springs and have all my life and i remember this case! i was only in middle school but it was a huge thing. i always felt like it was weird even as a young kid. Thank you for bringing some light to this case!
TiffanyAlesha - Beauty, Fashion, Fitness Right ? And like how did the man who owned the house and had been in it since Josh’s disappearance not see the clothes inside when he checked on the house unless they were hidden ??
TiffanyAlesha - Beauty, Fashion, Fitness His clothes (pants, underware and socks) where found inside the house next to the fireplace. I have a feeling he got drunk and used the chimney as a fun experience that decided his fate.
just wondering do you ever get scared or get nightmares after learning and sharing these stories? not to be disrespectful but these type of stories sometimes kind of freak me out so I’m wondering if they do the same to you lol. love these videos so much tho and your makeup is slayingggg😍💗
Yeah watching alot of true crime has opened my eyes to how evil humans can actually be, it has changed the way i see life as a human being lol. So fucked up
It freaks me the hell out and gives me anxiety lol. But Bella said no, she finds them interesting and she gets sad while researching, but they don't interfere with her life or sleep. Probably because she takes breaks in between cases. Idk about you guys but I binge watch for days and it really gets to me 🤯
People who have a deep interest in this to go as far as research and talk about them for a hobby are rarely affected by them in that way. I do find these interesting to listen to but they do make me jumpy after a while, so I wouldn't be the type to ever research one.
I think first problem is the police should have done their jobs with more responsibility like they should have looked into it more because it doesn't seems like an accident to me? Second, I'm really suspicious of Andy and I think it's more likely he killed him or something went wrong along the way? Whatever the reason is I feel so sad for the parents they lost two of their sons.
When the first upload said it was unavailable, I almost fainted! Such a good way to entertain myself while getting ready! Happy New Years to you, your bf, family and gorgeous dog!!
Thats true but he probably couldn't smell it because it was up a chimney for ages (lost its smell because the flesh disintegrated?) and it was barricaded so it perhaps blocked the smell. But I agree its wierd because decaying flesh smells disgusting
I’ve smelled a dead body before. My neighbour died in a heat wave and at the end of the heat wave I finally went outside and could smell it when i walked passed his window. Imagine the smell of road kill baking in the sun for weeks, it smells like that but worse. It permeates and sticks in things like fabric so the windows were thrown out, floor tiles ripped up and walls repainted and most his belongings thrown out. I had to put up with the smell for 2 weeks post discovering the body and couldn’t eat at my house it was so bad. I remember looking through the window which was open to air out the place and there was a stain from his bodily fluids on the cement. He died on his bed and as he decomposed the fluids soaked through the bed onto the floor and soaked through the cracks of the floor tiles and pooled underneath them. It was very disgusting to say the least. I tried to get discounted rent for the 2 weeks i had to put up with the stench but the real estate wouldn’t do anything about it and they cut costs by not getting a proper crime scene clean up crew the ones who are experienced with cleaning up dead bodies so thats why it stunk for weeks rather than a few days.
I just wanted to say that it is possible that the city/ state police department did not want to report the death as a homicide because it makes the area appear unsafe. Ruling it accidental allows the area code to maintain a certain “safety” rating that is supposed to reflect how effective emergency and protective services operate within that area. It’s not unheard of for official records to classify deaths as accidents or “unable to determine” if there is no clear line of evidence for murderous intent. This may be confusing because you would think that no clear line of evidence warrants an investigation, but realistically I very much doubt that every case that warrants a full investigation receives the necessary time, funding, and personnel. Bonuses and funding opportunities are often distributed based on these reports/ratings so there is ample incentive for police officials to misrepresent cases on paper to fabricate a more capable enforcement than that of which is actually being performed.
Ashley Raposo well that's just sad but it makes sense as to why a lot of cases don't get solved unfortunately. Terrible that bonuses and ratings are more important than letting a family have some closure. Funny how in another comment they said that the police got rid of the evidence.
Ashley Raposo that makes sense cos if thay were planning on building in that area then it would be bad to name the place unsafe for the new people who want to move in (if that makes sense)
This is so weird!! Glad you were able to reupload it. I looked it up on Reddit and that's a small town!! Maybe the coroner knew about Andy being a suspect ... family friend? Or the family itself not wanting it to be undetermined, no theory of a murder at the time so he just decided accidental- for family's sake

Miss Nicole Arie honestly teachers do not have enough time to teach what they need to. I would shut down the topic just because it is irrelevant to class material and would take up way to much time to discuss plus too many high school students wouldn’t be able to get back on task afterwards
dangerous woman yeah she said that Everyone really liked him so maybe the teachers are just too heartbroken to be able to want to talk about it
OMG!

Rest easy buddy, you’re with your brother now ❤️
Georgia LaChance and my brother :/💔 sorry for your loss
so sorry for your losses babes, stay strong and live your lives like they would want you to xx
For everyone who lost a sibling, i'm so sorry :( I can't begin to imagine what it would be like. You are all very strong! ❤️
I can’t imagine losing a sibling, for you it’s a reality...I’m sorry for your loss. Stay strong, happy and healthy throughout this new year.💓
I'm so sorry for your loss.. you have someone looking down on you & I'm sure they're very proud of the person you've become. Sending you love wherever you are.
Please do the Sierra Lamar !!! She went missing in Morgan Hill CA at age 15 & she’s been missing for 5 years ... she hasn’t been found since then... please please do this Case
No name No name Yesss this would be sooo gooodddd
No name No name she was murdered .
Dakota Mccue yeah but a lot of people still can’t find her body and believe that the suspect they have isn’t guilty
No name No name oh darn that sucks.. hopefully light comes soon. Is the guy still in jail ?
Yes!! I'm from the Bay Area and remember being in middle school and hearing about it on the news. I've always wondered what ended up happening.
Eyeshadow is killing ittttt!!!! AHH you are gorgeous xo
Periodic dressing and undressing is actually a symptom of hyperthermia when somebody is about to die, it's why those mountain climbers were found naked. It still doesn't make sense how he got stuck in the chimney though.
It's really strange, indeed. a lot of loose ends with this terribly tragedy.
btw please don't think I'm being rude in any way or be _"that guy"_ but it's "paradoxical undressing"
the "accidental death" factor reminds me of the Kenikka case.
Niesh Dannie her and kendrick johnson too. so sad
@@regzlots omg yes man, so sad
Her case makes me sick to my stomach. There was so much evidence.
Molly Adames lll
Molly Adames lo
You should do the 43 missing college students from Mexico.
Karla Ruizz I think we know what happened to those kids 😪
Still hurts, my God I went to Mexico City this past summer and it is amazing how easily they can forget about the families and these students, there was only one tent left which had the pictures of the students, it HURTS so bad!!! Especially because I’m Mexican and I know that citizens’ words are worth nothing.
what happened? i’ve never heard of this case
unfortunately it's not much of a mystery. You cannot speculate she would be limited on what she can talk about.
Hannah Elliot 43 teaching students from Mexico were on their way to one of their protest when they went missing. There’s a lot of speculation that the Mexican government covered it up
If you could please do on the 43 students that went missing in Mexico . The government ignored all of this .
was this recent?
It happened 4 years ago . But it’s still much important because many believe it was the government that killed the 43 students
Ohh
“I couldn’t tell if he was heeeerrrrmmmschooled”
Hahahahaha best comment
😂😂😂 lol i love her accent but this comment was hilarious 😆😆😆
I'd say it was Andy. you always cover the most interesting cases and so well. please don't stop.
Constant theme through these videos... incompetent police :/
MrSourlemonface its like they either do it because they’re lazy or to cover up something its sooo frustrating
That is such a good theory
This is what I thought too. I don't know if it was Andy or just a random person but assault can explain why he was only naked on the bottom half and how he wanted to escape
TheDodge could be true never know
TheDodge I thought the same thing
Not possible because he was found in a fetus postition and his knees were above his head which means he couldn't have gone up the chimney. He went down the chimney from the outside.
I'd be willing to bet that guy Andy stuffed Josh into the chimney. And then after he did that he installed the rebar onto the top of the chimney. Could you imagine being stuffed into a chimney and you're alive and can't move and there's this guy installing this rebar on top of you. Basically entombing you while you're alive. Unbelievable, what an absolute horrible way to die.
You look like a mix of Camila Mendes and Mila Kunis

+Lyle Benzo what is the fucking need dude?
Lyle Benzo She's beautiful anyway and her boyfriend looks cute too, what's your problem? Putting people down and calling them ugly, that's nasty
Lol guys just ignore him he’s an insecure troll
Lyle Benzo 'beautiful' is a compliment that brings up people's self-esteem and makes them feel happy, ugly does nothing but make people feel horrible and insecure about themselves. your comment added nothing valuable to the video and is nothing but nasty. Bella is gorgeous and if she's happy with her boyfriend, it's nobodys business but hers
Lyle Benzo are you okay? You seem like you need some help
I feel like there is definitely some dirty cop action happening with this case. I hope Joshua gets justice soon
I'm so glad that these victims on Mystery Mondays get their stories told by someone as beautiful and educated as Bella.

Lyle Benzo and you are ugly
Lyle Benzo it doesnt matter cuz yo face is ugly and it wont change
Lyle Benzo and your personality sucks...😒
Maggie Carey good idea! And he would have been in fetal position because he would have been cold!
But how would Andy have gotten in the cabin ?
maybe with both of their strength combined they managed to move everything out of the way to get in
He look like the guy who liked tai in clueless btw ly xxx
Here are just my thoughts:
3. And I feel like most people would search for a smell....especially if it smelt like a decaying animal
4. Theory: chuck could’ve possibly found josh in his cabin, murdered him, and stuck him in the chimney then put the little furniture thingy in it..........or josh could’ve broken into the cabin, thinking that it was abandoned, but got scared and hid in the chimney when someone walked into the front door (chuck)
5. And if chuck did kill josh I feel like it would be easy for someone (chuck) to just randomly stumble upon a body when there was a bunch of evidence that wasn’t able to come to light. Like someone could’ve beaten josh or assaulted him.
6. I feel like Andy was just really high....I don’t think he has anything to do with joshs death
7. And those people who said they supposedly heard Andy saying that he killed josh.....didn’t speak up until joshs body was found and when they found out that josh already had a previous record...........like if someone said that they murdered someone I feel like you would call the cops right away.....not wait till a body way found
Anyways what do I know, I’m probably completely wrong
I 100% think it was Andy, the murderer he was hanging out with, but this was an interesting thought.
I can't stop staring at your glittery eyeshadow omggg its so pretty!
How the f would Andy have known that there was a women dead in a barrel in that place if he didn’t commit it himself 🧐🧐🧐
lottie f I wonder if they found her before or after he told them it was him 🤔
I always get so frustrated with these cases, I know we never know the entire truth but i just dont get why the police never look into it more
Natalie Duran 😂😭😭
Am I the only one just staring at her eye makeup😍
just found this channel & binging all mystery mondays!!! 💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️
I think it would be cool if you went through all of the cases you did and see if any info has been added/been solved. Not sure if this would be good or not ❤️
This is so sad :c the family lost both their sons.
Ellie Xo that is so horrible and a gross injustice to your family . I'm so sorry for your loss may he rest in peace.
Allison Miller thank you 😔
Actually right before you die of hypothermia you feel like you’re burning up so that could explain why his clothes were off.
Will you do the 43 missing students from Mexico!!! Pleaseee!
Shauna Bella YESS PLEASEEEEE
I’d never heard of that case until reading your comment. It piqued my interest so I did a google search...how bazaar!!
they were apparently taken and murdered by a drug cartel. most of their bodies were found burned in a ditch.
carsyn alleé only two of their bodies were found.
Bella, do it pleeease
You should do a video on the Skelton brothers. Andrew, Alexander & Tanner Skelton from Morenci, Michigan went missing in 2010 during the Thanksgiving holiday. They were 9, 7 and 5. There were recently some remains found in Montana that people think could be the boys. I think it could make for an interesting video.
Emily Rose yess!
It was such a big case for like.. what, 2 or 3 years? So heartbreaking...
Your eyeshadow is so pretty here!

Megan Vesely that show has been canceled. The narrator died years ago.
Stephen Ray the show wasn’t cancelled because of that the guy died 2016 the show ended 2011
Not all episodes were narrated by peter thomas anyway.
There isn't much specifics about the case when you search it, but the story line is so similar, I hope you can read about it!
i have literally been binging these mystery videos!!!!!! so good
12:50 in some cases of hypothermia people have been known to take their clothes off, if that's what bella meant.
How his clothes got where they were is a whole other issue
Can’t take my eyes of the eye makeup😍
I wonder if he was inside the house when the owner or someone else came, and hid in the chimney. Then whoever he was hiding from moved the bar, trapping him up there, either on accident, or purposefully.
john H But there was no forced entry so how could he have gotten inside of the cabin!!!???
But still the fact that he didn’t have clothes on, doesn’t really makes sense it’s so frustrating!
val zenemifuen I agree this theory is great but it still doesn't explain why most of his clothes were removed
good idea!!
Yeah that’s what I was thinking maybe he removed some of his clothes because it would be easier to get up there x
Tats Fuentes ok that makes more sense. Thank you
No problem you're welcome c:
thats so true!!!!!! they were probably stuffed in a cabinet or something and were only found when they began taking everything out in preparation for demolishing it. the cabin hadn't been used in a while so no one was really there much
as bella said, since the cabin was abandoned and used for illegal gambling and parties it probably wasn’t out of the ordinary if there was some clothing lying around, but that’s just a thought
So horrible to lose one child to suicide and then another one to a death like that. Just horrible. It just doesn't make any sense what happened to him and hopefully one day will be able to know the truth of what actually happened to Josh.
he deserves justice. this sucks :-(
If he went into the chimney wouldn’t he have had head damage or a concussion his head would have probably cracked open.
Evangeline Budd maybe they'd had people trespassing and staying in the house in the past if they were homeless and left things there or something if it was abandoned, so I personally suspect maybe the house was just a mess cause of the way it had been left
true but then when he was redeveloping why would he tell the police he found Josh's body? He already got away with the crime
obsessed with your make-up 😍 the gloss is everything
I live in colorado springs and have all my life and i remember this case! i was only in middle school but it was a huge thing. i always felt like it was weird even as a young kid. Thank you for bringing some light to this case!
How do you like Colorado Springs?? I’ve been thinking of moving there

louise morrison she might have a tutorial on how to do it cuz she’s said that ppl have asked so she was going to do tutorials
You look like a bratz doll, slay everyone babe✨
i wonder where the clothes were find inside the house? if they were stuffed somewhere hidden?
TiffanyAlesha - Beauty, Fashion, Fitness Right ? And like how did the man who owned the house and had been in it since Josh’s disappearance not see the clothes inside when he checked on the house unless they were hidden ??
I want to know this too! Like were they at the bottom of the chimney or were they somewhere else?
Lyle Benzo wtf you on about??
TiffanyAlesha - Beauty, Fashion, Fitness His clothes (pants, underware and socks) where found inside the house next to the fireplace. I have a feeling he got drunk and used the chimney as a fun experience that decided his fate.
getymo say but there was a bar in front of the fireplace so there is no way he could have got inside by himself
Can you do a video on "The Ken and Barbie Killers"? Their names are Paul and Karla (The movie "Karla" is based on karla... [Duh😂])

Anul Ramirez Karla literally lives in my town, and she has two kids.
There is literally no mystery into their case.
Omg the Scarborough ones. I live next to Toronto this one has me sHoOk

just wondering do you ever get scared or get nightmares after learning and sharing these stories? not to be disrespectful but these type of stories sometimes kind of freak me out so I’m wondering if they do the same to you lol. love these videos so much tho and your makeup is slayingggg😍💗
um yes! im scared to sleep now after binge watching her videos hahaha
Idk about you guys but I binge watch for days and it really gets to me 🤯
@@XxThreexDaysxJaydexX wow same
People who have a deep interest in this to go as far as research and talk about them for a hobby are rarely affected by them in that way.

A dead body is the worst smell ever it wouldn't just be "a funny smell"
wait how do u knowq
dahlia documentary’s and crime shows always say it
@@dahlia6080 they know from experience duh🙄
I tried to get discounted rent for the 2 weeks i had to put up with the stench but the real estate wouldn’t do anything about it and they cut costs by not getting a proper crime scene clean up crew the ones who are experienced with cleaning up dead bodies so thats why it stunk for weeks rather than a few days.
that eye look i’m dead 🙌🏼😍
Same omg 😍
Factsssss
Did you see her tutorial for it? :)
I think I’m going to give it a go! 😬
Lyle Benzo what?
