Been a huge fan since day one. You're a natural born charmer, Beth, and your house reflects it. This is gracious living, with every detail carefully thought out. And what a perfect little French seaside town - if you drew up a wish list, this would be it!
I wanted to leave a nice comment, but then I read this and it articulates everything I wanted to say but didn’t know how. Thank you Beth, for sharing all these details with us. I have been a francophile all my life and haven’t been to France yet. These videos were such treasures to me. I replay them often ♥️♥️

This is my second video from your site I am definitely a .lover of all French culture ,art, fashion and decore. I would love to live in France. Your home is lovely. I am curious to why are you living in France and how did you find and decide to.live in this seaside village.
@@Maha88815 I fell in love with all things French at the age of 16, mainly through books and art. France just summed up everything about how I wanted to live my life. Many years later, I now live here, and it's all I dreamed of. So, this is just to say I hope you will see France for yourself one day, and in the meantime, Beth does a grand job of sharing her experiences.
What a wonderful tour and what a beautiful town. I would never want to leave. Your house is gorgeous. You have exquisite taste-great job! Thank you for showing it all to us.
Your home is absolutely beautiful Beth! It’s elegant, it’s timeless, it’s not over done which is refreshing and I think that’s what gives it a relaxing feel. As for the shiny brass birds, my suggestion would be to leave them outside and let the elements take care of them. Hopefully the weather will make them look a little more aged over time.
Wow ! Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Just a thought on the birds - when I moved into my turn of the century home in CT, I found little birds mounted on the side of the water tower. They were all flying up to the sky. You could place them on your out buildings, this will also allow the brass to weather. All flying upward!
Beth, I am so sad that you are leaving and we will miss these wonderful videos of France. You have done a great job of showing us around this amazing area, thank you!!
You definitely put a lot of thought and hours of shopping to make your home such a beautiful and inviting place. Your taste is impeccable! I also love mixing the old with the new. Love the shutters to the rooms. Very smart idea. Hope the fruit trees are plentiful for you and your visitors. Thank you for sharing and showing areas of France.
We found our mature espalier fruit trees at San Gabriel Nursery here in So Cal. It's a fabulous 100 year old nursery owned by a dear Japanese-American family. Just visiting there will take your breath away. We have our espalier's growing against our detatched garage. Lovely
Truly Lovely! You have quite the natural flair for decorating! As for the gold birds, if you choose to heed your father's advice, I would install them on an exterior wall of the house (in the backyard/garden) and let the weather age them ( give them some patina) naturally! Keep up the wonderful work!
Those raincoats are so cute…what’s your color? This is all like a dream for me…I thank you so very much for sharing every detail. You’ve thought of everything and your organization and ideas are never ending…and you’re always thinking of your guests. Sweet. ❤️
Such a lovely home. Calm, clean and fresh. I love the French doors and shutters, the colour, and love the fruit trees too. I was thinking about the brass birds. I would hang them outside on the wall where the outside shower is. Like outside wall art. And a row of hooks to hang your towel and clothes up while you shower. Or a hat, beach bag. I lived at the beach and had a shelf to put soap and shampoo/conditioner on. A rail, and shelf for shoes. I didn't like all my things getting wet when I took an outside shower. We liked to shower outside sometimes to enjoy the view of the sea and wild bush. All of it is beautiful. Thank you.
I love every detail you’ve done for other the house! I actually like the nautical knot frame! The girls room is absolutely darling! And I love all the French doors! The color is beautiful! And please do more “ street showing “ type of videos , I’m loving it especially at the moment we couldn’t travel overseas , these videos really help my travel fantasy . Hope you are doing well. Very nice cozy house, serene and suitable for a comfortable vacation, well done Beth ! Also the art work in the guest bedroom is colorful and pleasant. More videos please from this magical home !
Love your channel! My husband and I have 5 children who are all married with children, so Sunday dinners at our house can have up to 17 people! Holidays are even bigger so I love not only your menus but your timeline for cooking! I love to cook, so my husband and I host dinners all year long. Thank you for your wonderful videos!
The home looks lovely now, Beth! I love that 4th bedroom as well. I especially love that first painting you showed in that bedroom. Just curious why your bedroom doesn't have French doors but just windows?
You can never have too many toilets! I'd never seen such a configuration, but our master bathroom is like a Jack and Jill bath. There are two bathrooms joined by a big shower. It's so indulgent. Now my husband and I don't know how we shared a bathroom for 35 years! You brought some "America" to France. We brought some "France" by way of Japan to our bathrooms. We now have bidet seats on each toilet. Game changer.
If I ever move to another house, I am going to use your house as my design inspiration! I could move right in. Also, when you opened your bedroom door, I immediately thought how attractive the two desks looked.
Thanks Beth for sharing your beautiful Holiday Home/Guest House with us. You and your family did such a beautiful job. Maybe your birds can go on an outside wall where they can develop a lovely patena over time. Safe trip back home.
Such a pretty home! I'm not a big fan of birds so of course I'd say find something else to hang! A great place to vacation, everything you need is right there. The beach, food, clothing all in a beautiful little village!
Watching this, I couldn't help but think, "They are going to feel so foreign coming back to the states", it seems you've been over there for a long time. I remember spending 3 months in Paris in the early 80s and when I cam home, I felt like a stranger and I longed for the ease and style of living that I had left behind. Thank you for sharing these videos. I hope to get back to France very soon. Your place looks so comfortable and well thought out. I wish you the best Beth!!
Glad I came by to visit your channel as I remember seeing your "before" video. And I L.O.V.E your new house. My fav are the french windows, shutters n paintings! Would love to visit this pretty seaside place someday soon!
Those OAK DOORS are gorgeous. WELL worth every penny! Instant character transformation. You made some lovely choices. I have to say for character I loved the older vintage bathroom and sorry to see you updated it. But bathrooms are so personal. The new bathroom is gorgeous. You're living the dream! How buggy is it there if you open up without screens?
My sister-in-law has a similar set of birds. They are flying up in the corner of her powder room. Five on the main wall and three more around the corner, on the side. Thank you for sharing your amazing summer with us!!!
I have exactly the same birds and I put them on the fireplace wall. They look amazing and they match very well with the gold fire guard. Love from Greece💝you’re the best💐
The house is lovely! You kept it simple and inviting. The artwork is beautiful. I will have to say no in regards to the birds; too new, too shiny. Oh the shutters…I can envision myself waking up, throwing open the shutters to a beautiful French morning. I lived in Greece and I loved my shuttered windows. I didn’t realize the town was so big.
What great ideas! For your birds, I might recommend sanding them lightly to take off the shine and hanging them on the outside wall, by the shower? Like a flock of seagulls? If they're brass they might patina. Also, I might add wooden IKEA hangers in the first bedroom closet. They have wooden ones that are sold in packs that would match your decor perfectly! (I got some at IKEA in Bayonne so I know the French IKEA has them too.). Bravo for all your hard work!
This is a great tour Beth! I love what you all did to your home, well thought out! Thank you for showing us your beautiful abode and gorgeous town. Safe travels to you and family ❤️
With the birds 🦅 you can do a Wind chime or put them all inside a frame and hang them on the wall Thank you for sharing and have a good rest of the week
Such a beautiful and inviting home. You did a great job decorating. You put a lot of thought for your guests and it shows. Thank you for inspiring us. 🌸
Hey Beth. What a nice house tour video. Love what you did with the house. I love the knot frame. Very creative and nice. How lovely that your little princess helped you with the tour, and she added her own to it by popping up and making the hand gesture to show the closet (lol). :D

Beth, you are such a wonderful person. I love watching your videos. I always learn something interesting on your channel!
Your home is so beautiful. I absolutely love it. ❤ This is such an enjoyable video. Thank you for sharing.
You are so welcome! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!! :)
Oh my goodness! How gorgeous this is looking. Great job……it’s been so fun watching the progress. Now we just have to go visit 😀
Hi can i be you young lover from Sri Lanka can we get to know
Thanks Beth for sharing your beautiful Holiday Home/Guest House with us.
Wow-I LOVE WHAT YOU did with that pink Eurosham!!
Glad I came by to visit your channel as I remember seeing your "before" video. And I L.O.V.E your new house. My fav are the french windows, shutters n paintings! Would love to visit this pretty seaside place someday soon!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! It was certainly a fun project to put together :)
You’re house is so beautiful! Congrats and thank you for sharing. Hoping one day I can visit France.
I toast your success! A little money brings pleasure to life. Solid doors are so satisfying! The two paintings at 13:20 are superb.
Beth, you did a fabulous job remodeling the home! Now we need details on how to rent the home for next year!
Lovely, Beth! You have done a great job with the house and I love the tray in your bedroom!
Thank you! I love the way you renovated and decorated the house. I got a lot of ideas for my new house💗👍
I love the beautiful simplicity in the renovation! The two towns look charming, so clean! It would be a dream to visit there…..thank you for sharing!
So beautiful! Not only are your recipes to die for, you also have incredible taste in home design! I am LOVING your French adventure!!!
This is a great tour Beth! I love what you all did to your home, well thought out! Thank you for showing us your beautiful abode and gorgeous town. Safe travels to you and family ❤️
You are so thoughtful. Would love to go!!! Greetings from Spain!!
The longer the better! These videos are so charmingly interesting I could watch for hours!
Ha! Alrighty then! More on their way! :) So glad you are enjoying them!
