Dear Beth, I have goosebumps watching this video. I went to Lorenza de’Medici’s cooking school I Tuscany in the fall of 2001. I am happy you did this with your girls. A very special time you all will remember forever. 😊
Oh, my! Perfection! You have mad filming and editing skills. I felt like I was right there with you. Thank you for taking us with you on this special weekend trip. As a side note, it’s too bad your husband couldn’t have taken the large suitcases while you had weekend bags. But, I can’t imagine how he would have been able to do that. 😀You figured it out though! I’m so glad you got to go!
Beth, I am completely overwhelmed at seeing this exquisite school…the food, the beautiful country, the gorgeous buildings and landscapes. I actually became so emotional at seeing all of this. Your videos have taken me places I otherwise would never see in such an up close and personal way. I can’t thank you enough for all of your videos and taking us along. The food and experiences cooking are a a dream come true. So great that you and your daughters could make this fabulous trip. I absolutely loved it. Hope we can see more of your time in your home in France this year. Thanks again….❤️

I have been there, and I found it to be an experience of a lifetime. It will forever hold a special place in my heart. A truly hidden treasure in Italy. It’s always special when a place leaves a lasting impression on your heart. 🌳
Oh it is! I think of these experiences as making a "deposit" in the memory bank of life, that will be there in old age when I may not be able to travel, I can make "a withdrawal" and cherish these sweet and lasting memories!

What a magnificent girls' trip! Beautiful property, beautiful kitchen, beautiful food--it doesn't get any better than that! I would have a hell of a time tearing myself away from there once the classes were all over!

I 've traveled to Italy, but unfortunately as
much as I love to cook, I was not able
to go to Tuscany, I had to care for my
Mother, and from then I have not returned
to Italy. I love the Italians their style, their
hospitality, the beauty of their country sides
but mostly their food and wines 🍷.
Your very fortunate to have a beautiful family 👪 who shares also your love for
