I subscribed after watching the family. There's nothing like having your family with you in the outdoors. Our three boys are grown men with kids of their own now and keeping the tradition going., It doesn't get any better than that.
I see you're teaching your kids strong family values they will go along way in life not only for them but for their kids as well you earned my sub keep doing what you do and keep up the good work
I spend my days fishing Channel Cats, that is the only kind that we have up North and in the evening, I watch a few videos from the US on fishing Blue and Flathead. From those videos, I found the strawberry chicken from which I make great catches. Take care.
Love your video and watching all the fun,I live close to bull shoals on the Missouri side near Branson,Thank you all ,,I been wanting to try the noodle thing this has inspired me👍God Bless you all!!
Flatheads are low-density around here. Lots of channels though. I can't jug fish or limb line here. Only hook and line. I usually catch 3-5 a year on a river about an hour away. I fish for them with a jighead and plastic tipped with a small sucker. We can't use live bait unless it comes from the same body of water you are cattin. The flathead here mainly eat small Gaspergou and white bass. No shad and very few sunfish in this system. That's why I just jig for them. It's pretty effective. I might target them 2-3 times every fall. You can use store-bought minnows too. That's where I get my suckers.
keep them catfishing videos coming, enjoyed your video your a lucky man to have a wife that likes catfishing and to go with you and the kids. looking forward to the next one and do y'all do any limb lining?
Well done ole buddy, i think Momma enjoys it most of all.. lol. Me , my sons my best friend and his son and grandson enjoy juggin also. Catch alot of big channel cats on Logan Martin in Alabama, love watchin them jugs run and dive
Great video I really enjoyed it 😊 do you have any tips for catching those smaller good eating size flatheads, I'm in South Carolina and fish the Cooper river and I can only catch catch big flatheads... I've tried using smaller live bream as possible but still only bigger flatheads, I even tried just cut bait but then it those Blue cats
Have you seen what deer horns sell for in a pet shop? I couldn’t believe it. The first part of the horn 6 inches split in half was 49.99 each so that means the rack was 200 bucks for the first part went down 5 bucks all the way to the tips. They say they are the best chew bones for a dog and she said they sell a lot of them
Nice videos! I’m on the MO side of the lake. According to MDC Regs you can’t leave jugs unattended for more than 1 hour unless they’re anchored. Is it different on the Arkansas side?
I caught a 49" spotted gar on bull shoals last summer (my first ever gar ) and let me tell you what. If you got someone who doesnt eat fish cause its fishy and mushy then fry em up a gar and they'll be instantly hooked... worked for my gf and her 2 kids and my mom also... i like them but i kinda like the flakey fishey ones better.
I like your videos but I'm not going to lie seeing your kids stepping on those fishing poles gives me anxiety lol got a new subscriber keep making great videos
It's nice seeing a family share the love of the outdoors 😊🇺🇸
Hay that's the best video so far . Because you tuck your kids out fishing. There not watching TV or on the computer playing games. 😊😅😂
Yes for sure, we are always outdoors

So much fun brother I just traded my little bass raider in for a Jon Boat so I can do more jugging
A lot of fun for sure.. and heck yeah good luck!
How deep do you set your noodles
I usually run about 15-30’ of line depends on where on the lake I’m fishing
Feed a man a meal of fish he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish he eats for life!
Are you in Missouri? This looks like the same lake as me😂
Bull shoals lake, Arkansas side
@HossOutdoors7 that's awesome I have a slip at Kdock missouri side, great fishing!
I like your videos but I'm not going to lie seeing your kids stepping on those fishing poles gives me anxiety lol got a new subscriber keep making great videos
Haha thanks i sure appreciate it!👍
I’d like to see how you tie your jugs and trot lines.
I will do a video soon on how I rig my jugs and trot lines
just a question my freind what catagory do you put your fishing videos under sports entertainmet people and blogs?
What state are you fishing in?
keeping flathead I've seen enough
Agree!
Best eating in my opinion and there’s plenty of them around here 👍
Why are u keeping those small flatheads? Ur just depleting the population jeez , those are tiny for flatheads
People that jug fish around here don’t throw stuff back I don’t go for size i’m more about numbers and they’re plentiful around here Partner 👍
Dumbest answer I have ever heard, doesn't matter the species you don't take all the small ones buddy
GOD Bless you and your Family Brother teach them Young
