@@TheFuronghua you can do either. I like to boil the tea with the whole black pepper and then add some ground pepper on the top as decoration. The black pepper taste goes really well with the tea

5:06 I tell my friends this same thing alllll the time... you can and you need to train your taste buds and you will find in no time that you don't want nearly as much sugary taste as you once did. Great suggestions and I love all of these drink options!!
I juice my ginger in bulk and freeze it in ice cube trays. It stays good in the freezer for several months and 1-2 cubes is one ginger shot. It also cools the water down a little bit if you put it in hot tea.

I like all your videos a lot! Me too, I add cinnamon to everything too haha and right now I am having a smoothie bowl with so much of it! By the way I recommend to use less hot water with honey as its value decreases rapidly when in hot temperature.

Curious why you didn't add black pepper to the ginger turmeric drink? I've always known that without black pepper, the turmeric isn't going to absorb properly.

Is there actual scientific evidence supporting the purported health benefits of honey? Aren't whole food sweeteners like date syrup and molasses better in terms of antioxidant content? As a vegan, I opt to leave the bees alone and enjoy my plant-based sweeteners.
