The most delicious mango in the whole world i would say "Harum Manis" , but it seasonal fruit. Only available in April - june every year. You should try it. The mango named “Harum Manis” is a famous agricultural product of Perlis, Malaysia .

Tesco (now called Lotus's) and Giant are cheap. Aeon Big (nee Carrefour) and Econsave are cheap. Aeon and Jaya Grocer are expensive. Cold Storage closed almost all their stores (taken over mostly by Jaya Grocer - which really isn't that bad), the only one left that I know about is at KLCC and is darned expensive.

One Utama houses Isetan and Aeon under one roof..and two different cinemas (TGV and GSC) and jungle within a mall, as well as Flowrider and Indoor Skydiving outlet..if that's not enough there's also bowling alley, rooftop secret garden and many more!

Malaysia has many type of mangoes. I believe that the huge mango is Sala Mango. You need to try Harumanis Mango. It is the most expensive mango and only planted at Perlis(north Malaysia). You can found Harumanis on early and middle of year

I remember at Mid Valley mall Aeon bakery called "La Boheme" (also at other mall's Aeon chains- Sunway Pyramid, One Utama, Aeon Shah Alam, etc.) had two types of melon pan. One is the one similar or exactly the same as the one ichang ate/likes (appearance-wise look exactly the same, the shape of sugar crust exterior of the bread) while the other one has sugar crust as well on the outside but looks a bit different shape-wise (the shape looks like the mold that is used to set the shape of Omurice) and the inside of it had red bean filling. That one used to be one my favorites breads/buns/pastries whenever I go to La Boheme. I believe the one ichang likes is the authentic/classic one just like in Japan while the other one I'm not sure if Japan also has that type of melon pan with red bean filling as another variations (because I know Japan has different variations of their food like Okonomiyaki in Osaka is different than the one in Hiroshima, etc.). I remember liking that type of melon pan alot but unfortunately it is discontinued.

Mercato is high end supermarket, Jaya grocer, village grocer are more mid to high good quality and mid to high price, aeon is more towards mid, econsave is lots of local stuff but not high quality but mainly cheap.
Most bread stores are halal. The ham inside is chicken or turkey.

I am not sure whether you guys walked inside the whole mall. But if you didn’t, then it’s too bad because inside the mall there is a special section called Japanese Street. You will find everything Japanese there. It’s not huge but definitely interesting.
Ichang and Jimmy try Lot 10 food court just across the road of pavillion mall, they have charcoal Hokkien noodles, duck egg char kway teow, and many more..you should try!

The best malaysian mango is named Harum Manis (or Arumanis I believe the one exported to Japan from Indonesia) which means Sweet Fragrance. You can smell Harum Manis from far away

There's a hawker center at Sungei Wang 4th floor. If you guys are nearby and looking for local cheap food can pay a visit at there.
I can't believe they went to Pavilion and didn't discover Tokyo Street - it occupies about half of the top floor and it has all sorts of things Japanese - daifuku, marimo, Daiso, all sorts of food, Gundam, Ultraman.. maybe the good melon pan was up there. Really hard to miss, there's a huge sign at the top of the escalator. When I think of cream puffs I think of Beard Papa. There's one at the Aeon Mall in One Utama. Come to think of it.. I've never had one. Those mangoes were really expensive - at the Pasar Malam they would get as low as RM5 per kilogram. Kanna Curry House had some that were about that price and those were imported from India. The Bukit Bintang area is full of European expatriates - they work (or at least, they used to) in the oil industry, get paid a lot and buy expensive stuff, which is why you find places that sell overpriced groceries and luxury goods there. Lots of expensive condos, too.
All your fave local food can be found at Lot 10 Hutong, which is about 100-200 m walk from Sephora
Oh someone is going to become Soursop Princess next. But soursop not easy to buy as sometimes not ripe and sometimes too ripe. Probably best to buy from farmers market. Malaysia's famous mango is the harum manis mango but not in season now. Jimmy's expressions quite funny.

Try Coconut Bun in lavender. It has a leaf wrapped around the bun with cornflakes on top of the bun. It was shown in 7:23 in your video. highly recommended

Try exploring other areas by MRT. Take from Bukit Bintang to Bandar Utama to visit 1 Utama, Malaysia's largest mall, 7th largest in the world. You can try durian ice cream at Inside Scoop at 1 Utama. Can also stop by TTDI in the evening, go for a walk at Bukit Kiara Park and try Durian King TTDI at the TTDI market.
