The "tunnel" is actually the water pipe that supplies water to Singapore. Previously their source of water is from Ulu Choh (somewhere in Johor). But either way, Johor still supplies raw water to Singapore

You missed out, Prosperity Burger is 1 of the nicest burger from McDonalds, but it only appears during Chinese New Year for 1 month. And iChang is right it is not sweet but peppery, taste similar to black pepper sauce you get from steaks but more nicer.
The Singapore version is way too peppery. I cant taste the beef at all. I wonder how Malaysia's version is.

In my opinion, you guys chose three best Asean countries to travel. These countries offer similar kind of cuisines and it's great to see that you guys enjoy the eating experience. Despite of the hot weather, the local food quality is arguable the best.

Those aedes mosquitoes which carry dengue virus can mostly be found in area like that, jungle, stagnant water, old tires, sewer, logged drainage, dirty places, rubbish bin etc. U guys really need to be careful, Malaysia has high incidence of dengue fever. 覚えて 😊
That is the detention pond that meant for flood mitigation. It should be recreation in nature too. But the key thing is maintenance. The dead water is a breeding ground for mosquito. There should be regular fogging being carried out too.
True, got it while working (was a highly infested spot), so if there are more mosquitoes, use a repellent more frequently
I recommend Jimmy to try “spicy chicken Mcdeluxe” (breaded fried chicken in burger)! That’s my favourite in McD Malaysia. I just came back from London to JB for Chinese New Year, yesterday I had the McD nasi lemak for the first time, delicious and spicy! So I think Jimmy can eat quite spicy food too 😂. I hope I can see you guys in JB before I go back to London! Please come out more often 😂😁 to Lavender or McD 😂

👍 hey there guys, if you are going hiking or walking near any water area or jungle area, spray first for anti mosquito. If it's after rain or early morning, watch out for leeches.
Prosperity burger is very strong black pepper beef/chicken/fish burger with onions. It's not teriyaki.
Beef is the best.
If you like to walk around parks and lakes, Desa park City near Kuala Lumpur is nice and a dog friendly park.

hi, i guess you guys should go to lemang to’ki to try the traditional malay sticky rice with rendang meat there and also try the itik salai mastar where you can taste the meat dishes that are spicy milky gravy from the coconut. Purely malay food. 🤩

Malaysia is good with food, I m so happy I can see all the races here regardless Malay, Chinese or indian. For malay food I wanna recommend chicken rendang, for indian food I wanna recommend roti canai, for chinese food I wanna recommend bak kut teh (pork). I hope in future you and your husband may arrange a tour call jalan jalan cari makan (journey to find good food) with us, we can bring u guys eat around. Yayy

Maybe you want to head to Bandar Baru Uda if you want to try Malay food. Also Warong Saga on Mahmoodiah, opposite is Warong Pokok Cherry, with really good Malay food as well.

My friends and I always try out different country McD whenever we travel... And not sure you found out one thing about McD in Malaysia and Singapore. Only McD of this 2 country provide free flow of ketchup and chili sauce.

Hey! If you want to try authentic malay food please go to Warong Ambo in Glenmarie Shah Alam and try their Nasi Kerabu! P.s. dont forget to try the satay. I highly recommend getting the salted egg and chicken. Avoid the beef, its a little tough but it's as authentic as you can get in the city.

If you wanna taste the real malay cuisine you can go to restaurant in Nong Chik area in Johor Bahru. There is restaurant called, ‘Restoran Anjung Selatan’. You can waze to it. They served buffet menu you can pick ^^. Or you also can go to ‘LC Catering Restaurant’ in Taman Melody in Johor Bahru. They open until midnight
