It's salt and garlic which are basically preservatives so it will last for quite a while. Smell it every now and then, if it smells like you nan's foot make another batch.
I’ve made the rosemary salt and my favorite part is popping the top on the food processor and that wonderful, fresh scent hits me--fabulous! It enhances every dish I make including casseroles. I’ve left it out of desserts……for now😉. Thanks, Sonny!

@@ColinWilson1980 good question, but salt is a natural preservative, so I do not really see why this would not last for ever, i could be wrong, but you could also freeze it
I made it for the first time today using the weighted recipe. Question, since it’s just a bit on the moist side, would it make sense to spread it out on a sheet pan and dry out a bit in a 200 degree oven?
