This is important bc WOMEN think about the long term for humanity. This is why we choose who gets to pass their lineage on. Men tend to think short term (provide for immediate needs and pass on MY genetic line via sex). The first woman does annoy me. Despite this fact she makes a lot of good points (about specific types of women); but it's one sided and she's missing some crucial points here. First off, when I was coming up in the '90s and 2000s; women who were modest, and not putting out right away were made fun of them called and high maintenance. Next, the women that exhibit the traits that they claim to value; modesty, femininity, vulnerability, and chastity, are often cheated on and abandoned for flings and escapades, with the lewd and lascivious women that they complain about. This is why women just gave up and decided to do what they want to do for themselves. It's not like men are upholding the types of women that they pit against the women that they are complaining about. They're not treating anybody well. Do you know how many times I've been passed up, because I won't put out right away? I do not have a fake Instagram body, I wear minimal makeup, I dress very feminine and modestly, I don't put out right away, and I am actually waiting for a commitment; and dudes will originally pass you up for the easier woman, only to try to circle back after he's done with her. If men want this to change, they will need to stop watching OF and related content, then they will need to stop dealing with the women they complain about.

Yah I was thinking… that’s who she hangs around. Bc I very rarely went out to clubs, more so just drinks when I was younger but I never dressed in revealing clothes. That just wasn’t my vibe. Yah it’s just never been my vibe. I tell people be yourself - don’t do what other women are doing to follow the crowd (esp young impressionable women). Listen to yourself and work on yourself. You will become a better person over time and you want to attract a partner at your maturity level who is also bettering themselves so you can grow together. It’s best to be patient. It’s also better to be single than give access to your energy and skills to someone ungrateful, or just wants to use you for s e x.

First off, when I was coming up in the '90s and 2000s; women who were modest, and not putting out right away were made fun of them called and high maintenance. Next, the women that exhibit the traits that they claim to value; modesty, femininity, vulnerability, and chastity, are often cheated on and abandoned for flings and escapades, with the lewd and lascivious women that they complain about. This is why women just gave up and decided to do what they want to do for themselves. It's not like men are upholding the types of women that they pit against the women that they are complaining about. They're not treating anybody well. Do you know how many times I've been passed up, because I won't put out right away? I do not have a fake Instagram body, I wear minimal makeup, I dress very feminine and modestly, I don't put out right away, and I am actually waiting for a commitment; and dudes will originally pass you up for the easier woman, only to try to circle back after he's done with her. If men want this to change, they will need to stop watching OF and related content, then they will need to stop dealing with the women they complain about.

Yah I was thinking… that’s who she hangs around. Bc I very rarely went out to clubs, more so just drinks when I was younger but I never dressed in revealing clothes. That just wasn’t my vibe. I’m 31 and married - we drink wine with dinner and hardly go out. That’s mostly what I did when I was younger, too. You attract what you are and do, the lifestyle and people you are around. My husband and I bought a house outside the city and love slow living, making our small affordable house a HOME, and just caring for each other well.
Also f her, seriously I LOVED dancing, couldn't care less if there were guys around, could have neen just women. If I went to clubs, it's because I wanted to dance, and guess what, that's where the music plays. I even tried to tell honestly to guys that circled around me, that I'm not interested and they should save their time and energy, because I'll just go home at a certain time. They never listened and always went 😮
As for clothes, I'm just a summer girl, the less clothes touch my body the better, I literally suffer in winter and could probably never survive in northern countries, already Germany is a hard thing, I wanted to retire somewhere in the south. Yah I’m a lawyer by training but really a creative entrepreneur girlie and my husband has a Masters in Library Science but does IT bc there’s a bigger market for it. He likes that I’m feisty, ambitious, and creative. I love girlie things and I also love making money by creating the things I love. Anyway, yes, that’s… sort of where I come from as well, with my background being a _very_ weird mix of arts and sciences (you get into odd stuff when you start off in physics, finish undergrad in history/anthropology, and get the MA in English/creative writing) I wouldn’t say I’m actively “I want to sell what I make” because I have a lot of hobbies that could be monitized-jewelry making, scrimshaw, art/digital coms, leather working, hunting… etc.-but I don’t really want to. I _am_ however wanting to sell _stories_ (hence the MA).
And my guy is less… about “fiscally independent” (but we both have, let’s say, bearcats for mothers and crap fathers/stepfathers so we plan on keeping separate accounts for a set amount of time. It’s… a thing a lot of people think is weird to have planned out when you’re not married but it works for us, ^^; ) and more about how the joint future we both want, together, kids (hopefully, there’s reasons why “no kids” is also on the plan as a thing), a house _away_ from people in the middle of a literal swamp, land, and just… a lot of things. Which is what I really like about this channel? Like I completely get where you are coming from and really respect that/think it’s neat and also feel like you understand even though the community is less of a personal focus for us you still got my point.
I guess this is one of the few places on YT that really doesn’t have much/any women-shaming-other-women. And that’s really nice. :3
Also lol, yeah, mine went comp-sci/English minor because he saw where it was going years ago but also has an obsession with folk tales and short stories. I’m pretty sure at some point his current (surprisingly stable and well paying) job will become something he gets away from to do his own thing (been basically dragging my historical butt around FL and LA and throwing local legends at me for script ideas for a folk lore podcast for a while now. Again, had to stop, due to medical). Or the gas makes the commute absolute garbage _despite_ the pay, and he has all the recording equipment to basically never show up if need be and do his own thing. If he didn’t want to have a year’s worth of scripts written, I’m pretty sure he’d be weighing it a lot sooner, just from what we’ve talked about.
