When this dungeon first came out, I noticed the obvious opening shown in 4:27 and instantly closed the dungeon as I knew I'll be getting all the collectables unlegit if I went through.
I got pushed out of bounds by Ghalran getting swiped as we left his nightmare realm. I was outside beyond the wall behind the upper bell. There was a tiny ledge, and a wide expanse. I jumped and immediately died.
It’s good for grabbing both free chests without doing any encounters but skipping bosses is never a thing if you’re going for a completion as you sequence breaking and not updating your objective. As shown in the video u can say hi to caiatl but won’t be able to start the encounter as your objective does not match your location. The initial sword flight after the first bell ring is def a time saver for getting to Gahlran tho.
Anything is possible with IRB, though you'll probably spend a few auto rezes even getting up there. Luckily the start of DSC gives you three. ua-cam.com/video/0DFdTlXecTA/v-deo.html this should give you a bit of a head start if you want to explore that option.
so far ive found 2 chalice standard placement circles in the dungoen outside of encounters. 1 behind the 2nd bell and one before the second slide. i wonder if you can use oob to get a chalice from an encounter to these plates
It's all timing. And where you start. Catapult lift has a height ceiling set a certain height above where you jumped, roughly. You can use the initial strong upwards boost to move upwards until you reach that height, so long as you allow your jump to recharge. Teleports don't update this height, and the nightmare realms are below the regular areas.
Did you get past the first one like I show in the video? At the right depth and position you can get through the initial wall. You'd definitely get stopped if you try from anywhere else. Means you'd have to skate from midair.
Hopefully. So far we just have dev objects and the occasional unused/under development areas. I'd love to see an easter egg out of map at some point...
@@Froggy618157725 Closest thing I've seen to Easter Egg is a few 'Dead Ghost' that appears to be an artifact leftover from Destiny 1. There is one on Cosmodrome , in the Kingswatch (OoB) near where there used to be a loadzone to a Rasputin Bunker in D1. The coordinates lead me to believe it is the 'same' ghost from D1 and further proof these maps are recycled. You can 'collect' the ghost but nothing else appear to happen. You can do this repeatedly. But what was interesting to me is finding another one on Mars. In the Vox Obscura mission. Getting OoB in the Scablands (in the fortress walls) near where you would go further inside to the last section. I don't remember where this ghost was in D1, but I think its the same deal as the one in Cosmodrome

I missed that hole entirely. I found the weird stasis climbing route to get out before learning about it XD

We found the OOB at 4:27 like 10 minutes after the dungeon came out and we spent an hour exploring the map before actually doing the dungeon

Definitely at least first boss, which is amazing for solo flawless runs
Actually maybe it wouldn’t, duality doesn’t seem to like when you skip a boss but I’ll have to test
Unless that platform out in space has some use in the Caiatl encounter, it probably won't be much of a cheese.

I did try to reach the nightmare bubbles from second encounter stasis skating. There was a physical barrier no matter how well I optimized the launch

Which ones? Story missions tend to be much lower in my list if you can't reach em from patrol.
