This reminds me of my childhood in south Texas when I'd go and sit as close as I could to a black church at the end of our street and listen to their gospel music on Sundays and during funerals. I loved it because it moved something in the deepest part of my soul, but at that time during the mid to late 50s in the deep south I could neither attend their services nor would they accept me in their community (I tried) but it remains part of my soul and heart to this day. Thank you Southern Gospel Revival for this, I am so very grateful. It reconnected me to that young white boy who couldn't understand why the people in my neighborhood (and other whites I knew, including my own family) couldn't see the goodness of those who could sing such wonderful music as our neighbors were singing from their hearts, and how much they loved God and look beyond the of the color of their skin and know their goodness.

O the surge of joy that defys discription writhes within me at the hearing of this declaration of victory in Christ Jesus, 'there aint no grave gonna hold my body down,'
Ha! The smile on my face showin the joy, O shout it, 'there aint no grave gonna hold my body down, Halleluyah HALLELUYAH! \o/ foot stompin' leg slapping mouth shouting halleluyahs to this song, Thank U Father YAH for raising Yor Son from the grave' Halleluyahs singing and shouting...
How can man miss the Soul of man is God created and stirred by the Love we should nourish for Him & each other. Live to be 250 and it was a short trip but the second life with a eternal Soul & your body will dance for eternity.
That's what I'm talkin' about. In this age where most gospel music sounds like it came out of a bath-house, this group takes the gloves off and puts the brass knuckles on. Rock that Church, Sister..................
Carl & Tristyn Fletcher likewise they are awsome
Psalms 150 loud.
Love this back woods gospel music, that's right (Their ain't no grave hold my body down) Amen ⚘
““Don’t act so surprised at all this. The time is coming when everyone dead and buried will hear his voice. Those who have lived the right way will walk out into a resurrection Life; those who have lived the wrong way, into a resurrection Judgment.”
John 5:28-29
(The Message)
Back again for the n'th time. Because this is music made of pure bliss
Amen! Talented young folk keeping a great tradition alive! And...with some style!
"For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the Archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first." -1 Thessalonians 4:16 😇

Amen, hallelujah, God is Love, hahaha !
@@punkheadHB You should thank God that I can't get my hands around your throat idiot. I don't know what you think you're accomplishing by bashing Christians, but the Lord will never forget you. Of that, I'm sure.
I love a family that can sing together.
This is unbelievably
great ! Hi from Italy
As I mentioned, I'm a city slicker from Jersey, and an atheist. But this hillbilly music speaks to me, and I'm grateful for it. Thank you.
I hope u have changed ur mind about being an atheist Jesus is the way the truth and the life the most peace you'll ever know accepting him as your Lord and Savior will be praying for you

I want this song played at my funeral too! I want my funeral to be a celebration of life and my crossing over to my eternal Life with my Savior, not a mourning of loss. I want my family and friends to be happy to know that I am with the Lord, even though they will miss me. And when time on Earth is done... Ain't no grave gonna hold my body down. When that trumpet sounds, I will rise out of that ground, Amen! Everyone will rise! Praise the Lord! His Word is true and never changes.
This touches the heart. I was raised on gospel music, and I look forward to hearing more from all of you. "Ain't no grave gonna hold my body down".
I grew up in a Pentecostal Church. If this song don't make you shout, nothing will.
