I think I enjoyed The Three Imposters this time even more than the first time I read it. I’m not sure I loved it as much as Lin Carter, but still, great weird book. Excellent video! I really need to do my own.
“Triple espresso Lin Carter” made me laugh out loud, and this on a day with much hurting after vaccine updates. Thanks, Roy. :) And so much fun reading. I think of The Three Impostors as a great example of weird fiction, with no idea of or interest in lanes to keep in.

I love that he spent time as a Shakespeare actor - imagine seeing him on stage as a wizard, or him enjoying a beer with the other travelling players!
